I've had to go to the rental office for the last 6 months to get a written bill to pay my rent. And every time they say I will get a regular bill in the mail,but it never COMES. This has resulted in a discrepancy in my bill payment I pay the amount on the bill that print out at the rental office. I have never been late on my rent in going on 3 years.Or had a underpayment in my rent amount. I'm not responsible for the amount I pay because I'm paying the amount I was given at the rental office on the paperwork to mail ,the written amount that is presented to me by the MANAGER AT THE RENTAL OFFICE

I've lived here for two years. Must say it's a beautiful place to live. My one bedroom apartment is very spacious and cared for.The maintenance department is very helpful and puncture when responding to repairs. The grounds are always beautifully manicured and clean. The only concerns I have is; I wished there was security upon entering the apartment unit😔.

My daughter rents a two bedroom apartment here. The apartment has been remodeled with up to date appliances and carpet. It's a pro and con to the laundry room. The prob is that the machines take s credit card however I feel they should have washer and dryers in the apartment for the amount of rent per month. They have a nice pool and playground also.

The lady Laura in the leasing office is EXTREMELY rude. She does not know how to talk to people her tone is completely uncalled for. I was automatically signed into a new lease even after I gave them a written letter saying I would be vacating the premises. I gave my letter 2 weeks before the end of July and my lease wasn't supposed to be uo until the end of Sept 2020 but I was told my lease rolled over without me agreeing to it until 2021. Then I was told i am responsible for all the months the apartment is vacant. I gave my notice and still get stuck for a YEAR when I wanst aware of it. Laura

I'm surprised at the other reviews. I shopped around, compared locations, prices and values of other apartments. I toured seven (7) different complexes in the area. I have lived in apartments for over 20 years and feel confident in my assessment for this review:
