You do not have to make an appointment to tour, but it is recommended so that you have dedicated time from our team to learn about our apartment community. There is a $50.00 Application Fee, $500.00 standard Security Deposit, which can go up to 1 mont's rent depending on credit.

Denise is amazing! She is so warm, energetic, personable, and did everything she could to find us our perfect apartment. She made our decision to choose an apartment so incredibly difficult. We ultimately decided on a different apartment to be closer to family, but these apartments are beautiful and Denise went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for.

I had a phenomenal tour with Denise yesterday! Denise was not only knowledgeable about the community and surrounding neighborhood but genuinely interested in finding an apartment that met my needs...and the needs of my dogs đ 101 Ellwood is just around the corner from Target- lovely! And it is right next to a nice walking path in Patterson Park. The community has an impressive fitness center, yoga studio, dog wash station and the courtyard is being spruced up! I can't wait to move in!

This is the worst place I have lived in Baltimore. Itâs advertised as âluxury livingâ yet the door to the building doesnât lock and we canât get mail delivered safely as packages are stolen every single day. The property managers are not helpful. Save your money and live at another property that actually has the amenities they advertise.

My partner and I went to view a unit this weekend and letâs say it truly is âhistorical living with a modern twistâ. As someone who values customer service, attention to detail and great energy - Denise made other properties difficult to compete with. Denise answered all of our questions before we could ask anything as she was very thorough with her tour. Waypoint is lucky to have her - she locked us in.

My wife and I lived at 101 Ellwood for 3 years. We had a good experience the first 2 years until the management switched over to Waypoint Management. Once the switch happened, the building went downhill very quickly. The biggest issue that we had was after we moved out at the beginning of May. It took us months of dealing with management to get our security deposit returned to us, which we finally got at the end of August even though we were initially told that it should be returned within 30-45 days of our lease ending.

I have been part of the 101 Ellwood community for almost three years and it has been a great experience. The complex is very safe and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I have never had problems in my apartment unit, and when I have requested maintenance for minor normal wear and tear matters (e.g., a light fixture), they immediately resolve it. The gym is well equipped, and the company provides free yoga and other exercise classes; this is a huge plus (particularly during the winter). I strongly recommend this place!
