I am at this point still baffled! I retained this firm because I had confidence in their integrity and understanding of the work comp laws.
I usually tell it like I see it or what I went thru with no sugar coating. I like the attorneys as they represent the firms professionalism. Very nice attorneys.
To make it clear this post had nothing to do with the attorneys in general however they may need to check up on the staff at times to ensure that all clients are being put first. Meaning the assistant assigned to the case need to be on top of things and make sure what happened to me happens to no

I had a very pleasant experience working with my Case Manager Jaclyn Flores and Renee. I cant speak of those I did not speak to regularly such as my attorney, whatshername. Jaclyn did assure me that she was fighting hard for me despite the lack of communication between us. I cant say that I would recommend this law firm presa because you might not get Jaclyn wonderful Flores who is on top of it and always returns your calls, cares about you and gets results quickly. If you choose this firm, ask to be assigned to Jaclyn and except no other.

Minaie law group were amazing I did not have to worry about anything. When I first spoke to them they never forced me to sign up or anything and they never did anything without my consent or approval. Excellent customer service, I gave them a call when I got hurt a work and they were more than happy to take my case. Everything was fast and easy thanks to Sid Vargas even though I thought my case wasn’t good enough he assured me that he would do his best to help me out and that I get the compensation that I was owed. Don’t hesitate to give him a call really nice guy and even went the extra mile to help me out even though he had a broken foot he never used that as an excuse.
