Great amenities and management. Only major complaint was that the gym was frequently closed for months at a time due to covid or the door was broken. Very annoying to get ready to go to the gym and go down just to find out it’s not usable for whatever reason. Would have given 5 stars had I not encountered this problem.

Lived here for 3 years and had an overall great experience. No place is perfect but in the world of apartments this was pretty good. Only left because I moved states. The property management team did a great job in keeping the building clean and quiet. Service requests also gets fixed very quickly. Highly recommended!

I just moved to this apartment, so far everything is great. Building is from 2017, which means everything is new. Parking is included with no additional charge. Location is the best, 3 min walking to the train station. But definitely not a luxury apartment.
after one month living here, only one bad thing is they use eversource for gas and electricity supplier.... it is so.. expensive.

Offended by previous comments. I have ve lived in Terrace for the past two years in an “affordable” unit. The property is beautiful, close to the train station and everyone is very nice. I have not encountered any issues as a working single mother with my 8 year old child. I certainly would never live somewhere where my child would be exposed to any type of nonsense

MGT is such a wonderful place. You've got pretty much anything you could ever need-- a gym, a clean and very spacious laundry room, a nice and quiet area for you to focus on your projects, a very responsive maintenance staff and office staff, etc. Conveniently located in downtown Stamford, close to the train station and some of the nicest restaurants and bars/clubs in town. Big thanks to Stephanie Marrero, Paola and Luisa for being so helpful!

Apartment is close to downtown and the train station. The building is brand new and I appreciated the appliances. Maintenance was always quick to respond. The common areas are frequently cleaned and well maintained. Most of all the Regional Manager, Luisa, is one of the most professional people I have encountered. Had a good two years.
