If you like taking the stairs, this place is for you, elevators are constantly out of service. There is a general lack of maintenance and upkeep, gym equipment is also frequently out of order. This is not the fault of the on site maintenance crew, they are awesome and responsive. This seems to be with 3rd party contractors. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

So far so good! Moved here from another building nearby as I wanted a larger apartment. The apartment was clean and my move in experience was very smooth. Only compliant is that one elevator was not working but it is now fixed. The outdoor courtyard is absolutely beautiful, the staff are friendly and the location is top notch! I would definitely recommend.

I am not going to fault these guys for flooding that they can’t control. I have been here for 2 years and recently resigned my lease after being in the neighborhood for another 6 years. I like the building, the park and the people running the place have been able to help anytime I had an issue. Some of the people that live here need to be more courteous and not hog some of the building equipment but that is my only gripe.

I have placed a few of my clients in this building recently and the management and staff have always been professional and prompt in getting me the information I needed. My clients have been so happy that they have renewed their leases. For the price it is a great deal and the apartments are a great size, with lots of amenities. Loving the new paint job, will look amazing when done.

If trying to get ahold of a leasing agent is any indication of what it's like living here, I'd say run for the hills. I've spent all week just trying to get an appointment to see apartments. I literally have sent 3 emails through the website (which, even though they ask questions end with "This is an auto-generated email. Please do not reply to this email," and no contact e-mail or phone for the leasing agent, Rebecca), and have called no fewer than 5 times. The first and second times I called, I went through two different menus asking if I wanted leasing information

I guess today I am at the end of my wick with the management company. They really need a change. 4.1 stars definitely related to the old management which were great.
The elevator for 401 seems to be out of action, lots of excuses as to why. In my mind the reason it is out of action is that they management dont plan, didnt have relevant spares to maintain their facility, dont seem to care that people are annoyed.
Also seem to think its acceptable because the loading dock elevator is "available" - despite the fact its not when people are moving in / out.
I have read some of the previous reviews

I RARELY leave reviews, but I just couldn't help it this time. Other buildings in Harbor Point have similar price points, you'd be better off basically anywhere else. In the year and a half we've been here, the building has gone downhill FAST. The elevators on our side rarely work, and at any given time at least one of the two is broken. Recently flooding seems to be a huge issue, making the elevator problem even worse. Currently all elevators are shut down from the storm, which is annoying if you need to do anything (last time this happened it was several days before they were operational and

I usually don’t give reviews, but postmark leasing office has to be the worst!! I have been having payment issues for over 2 months. They are taking money out of an account that has been deleted. They do not respond. They keep you on hold for at least 15 minutes. Never return phone calls. I have to say there is only one sweet girl Who tries her best. I wish I could get a supervisor to go above their heads, but can’t even find one. I am truly frustrated, my next step is attorney general or better business bureau. Total incompetence

I just moved in on 4/1 and need to acknowledge the customer service and professionalism displayed by Justin & Rebecca in the leasing office.
From day 1they helped me through every step of the process. From touring the building and viewing apartments, to the application process, all the way up to the day I moved in; Justin and Rebecca were always there and more than happy to help.
If my experience in moving in, due to Justin & Rebecca, is a sign of things to come, I'm looking forward to calling Postmark home for a long time!

Get new management!!!! No one knows how to run this building. Garage doors constantly broken, elevators not working regularly ALL the time. Pool is closed for maintenance due to poor proactivity and care for water chemicals. I could go on about how badly managed this place is even with the high rents you are paying to live here for these “amenities”. When you call about an issue or concern you’re dealing with the rudest and most aloof people around.

My husband and I made Postmark Apartments our home nearly four years ago when we first moved to the East Coast — and it was the best decision. There are a handful of great apartments to choose from in Harbor… Point but Postmark (Finch Living) goes above and beyond. Starting with the management and through to the actual apartment - they really stand out. As a new couple we were interested in meeting locals. Finch living made an app for it and they even have one of their team members, Kate, host well thought out (and generous) weekly and monthly events. Their leasing team is always on

In my time here at Postmark apartments I really have to say my husband and I have been so pleased with the manner in which any concerns of ours have been handled by Dakota and the rest of the leasing office staff. Any questions we've had regarding amenities, maintenance, moving and rent have been answered in a timely and professional manner. In this crazed time we find ourselves with so much uncertainty I feel that the team at the helm is handling everything to the best of their abilities and doing a great job at that! They've definitely made our first home/move a great one.

Poor management. Front desk extremely rude. I moved in on aug 22nd and my key still doesn’t work, nobody seems to care. The basement parking and back elevator continuously smells like garbage. The carpet on the halls is full of stains. Everyone is rude and nobody seems to care. Completely overpriced and not luxurious at all

I've lived at Postmark the last year. It was the clear winner out of all my tours in Stamford. Close proximity to the train station, combined with the water front, and a great office team, I'm happy I made the decision to live at Postmark. The leasing, maintenance, and management team are responsive and make it very comfortable.

I have only been living here for a few months. But so far it has been a good experience. I love the pool views from my 10th Floor apartment. Everyone is friendly. Finch Living hosts activities on a weekly basis which helps to convey an overall sense of community. The concierge & management office is helpful.
My move in process was straightforward & not as daunting as it had been in previous Apartments. It is a five minute walk to Stamford's Metro North Station & within 50 minutes you are in Grand Central. The lobby, outdoor garden area, pool & community room are well maintained

Just thought I would update my review of Postmark. I've been here for months now, and still going strong.
The things I have grown to love:
- Walking to necessities. I can walk to the grocery store (which also has a liquor store attached), Fortina (pizza place), CVS or Walgreens, and Bareburger just opened (which I love). I look forward to the Lobster place opening soon because I'll basically live there. I take my car out once a week, and it's only because I do my major grocery run at Trader Joes in Darien.
- Walking to the train station. So far the weather has been mild, so I

Think long and hard before you believe anything that any staff member at this apartment complex tells you.
My wife and I, both professionals, had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Postmark Apartment and submitting a rental application (we were approved) before withdrawing it and renewing our lease in NYC. Our experience:
