I was charged $250 for a partial. To be fair, the partial looks nice. To be real, that is a stupid amount of money for a few highlights. After a couple of days, the owner called and made a gift to my favorite charity of choice and will work on how pricing is communicated to future clients.
While my experience made me sad, the owner's response was pretty impressive.

I have been going to Zandi K for close to 10 years. In fact, I have spent so much money at Zandi K, I am on their VIP list. Stylists Julie and Ricki are the bomb; They are attentive to their customer's needs, fun, and excellent at the service they provide. Originally I went to Zandi K because I liked the concept of "organic" Aveda. I justified the price by the the spa experience, an excellent outcome in the service requested, plus luxurious head and hand massages.
That was before. Julie and Ricki are still 5 stars but the salon has decided to take on a Costco membership, assembly

Haley W. is my favorite person ever. I've been going to her since she started i think about 4 years. We've done extensions, gone blonde with balayage, dyed my hair dark, she's done it all. First time she ever did my hair i showed her a random picture from pinterest of very blonde balayage (i'm dark brunette), she did THE EXACT color in my picture. It was incredible. She is truly the best and most amazing person/hair stylist ever! If i ever move out of state you know i will still be flying back to book my appointments with her. I can't even give a rating on a cut because I walked out before being seen. Their website says that they are following "extreme Covid safety precautions ", but I walked in and only about half of the people were wearing masks (apparently your stylist only wears one if you do), and the salon was packed with people meaning I would have been sitting close to multiple people, not socially distanced, not wearing masks, talking loudly over hair dryers for more than 30 min at a time. We still have high transmission rates with a highly contagious variant here in CO, definitely not a risk

I have been growing my hair for more than 18 months. It grows very slowly and I finally got it to the length I wanted. It needed a little cleanup and some shaping/layering. After showing the stylist a picture and giving explicit instructions, I was assured she could give me exactly what I requested as she claimed to have many years specializing in men's haircuts.

I will not be returning to this salon, nor do I recommend it. I came in for a basic haircut and left with a crooked cut and missed strands. I am still finding uneven parts of my hair. When the cut and style were finished, I pointed out an uneven section to the stylist, and she trimmed them up quickly. Upon getting home, I found more. I called the salon and was not called back. I called again the following Monday and played phone tag with the owner. The best she could do was text me to come in for it to be fixed. No shot I want to spend any more time at this place. Never again.

Panda is a master at brows and all things waxing. She is quick, detail oriented, & a pleasure to be around. She provides high level of service and is one of the best aestheticians in town. Brassy, bleached hair, the color of tangerines is what $288 gets you at this salon. My daughter and I went to for a consult to get a "melt" for her brown hair over Thanksgiving break and we were told if the bleach didn't lift enough color to get the pale pink color she wanted, then it would be bleached twice at the same appointment The next day she went in and paid the amount quoted but the hair was the wrong color. She left for college, the both of us hoping the color would fade thinking the orange was from a peach color being added rather than a pink but it never

When you first walk in you are immediately greeted by the receptionist and they offer you some tea, water, or coffee while you wait for your stylist! My hair stylist Caroline gave me an incredible hair cut and taught me how to curl my hair with a straightener. The salon is so chic and so cute and it's bright!
All the girls are so amazingly nice! Felt very comfortable in the chair.
It was amazing how much attention she put in to making my hair look so nice and alive, sad news last week was her last day but she introduced me to Lexi who she recommended. I am excited for her to do the balayage

Stopped by one day to check it out and made an appointment. The salon carries the Aveda product line so I figured it had to be good. I was new to Colorado and nervous about switching to a new salon but it worked out fine. The stylist was Christian and he did a great job. My hair looked good the day he cut it and still looks good three weeks later!

For years I've received "good" haircuts. I didn't realize my PERFECT cut was waiting for me at Zandi K with Mandi. She is touted as the bob expert, and with good reason. I've always wanted the layered a-line cut I see in magazines, and I finally have it. I've been to Mandi twice now, and she has a customer for life! My super thick hair is beautiful and bouncy when I leave the salon, and last cut it stayed that way for three months!! Unheard of!! Mandi listens to what I want and is truly an artist!
