William "Doug" Bineham has served thousands of clients across more than two decades during his distinguished career in Family Law and Criminal Law. Formerly the prosecutor for the City of Natalia, he has a strong sense of community, family and friendship. Mr. Bineham is widely recognized in the legal community as an advocate that will fight for his clients.
James Gillen Jr. is a former Marine and Registered Nurse. While working full-time, he earned his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law. He specializes in all matters of family law and brings a unique perspective based on his years as a Critical Care RN. Over the last 12 years, he has drawn on those experiences as a nurse to develop a unique and client-based methodology for his family law practice.
Ms. Grossman was born and raised in San Antonio, she completed her undergraduate work at Sam Houston State University and returned to San Antonio to attend St. Mary's University School of Law. She has earned a Masters of Arts in International Relations, as well as her Juris Doctorate. Ms. Grossman actively participates in many pro bono activities to help represent San Antonians in need of legal support.
As a former marine and Critical Care RN, James F. Gillen Jr. Esq. has developed a client-focused approach to family law that residents of the Medical Center can appreciate. James Gillen helped Maria Tabora, take twin boys from their biological parents! Both of them ruined the parents life! They took the boys from them when they were only six months old! In the paperwork he had stated that the parents abandoned them and drowned them in child support! It ruined their credit! It ruined the twins lives. Neither of them show any remorse on anything! So yeah! If you want a lawyer to help you ruin someone’s live! He’s your guy!!

I got James as my attorney after my final agreement had been signed. James had to fight to get the final agreement changed because I would have been paying her bills for the rest of her life. He worked with me when my money ran out and trusted I would pay him later. He discounted my fees because he knew I had been taken advantage of. He gave me other legal advice not related to divorce. When you are with James you really feel like he is on your side and not just trying to close a deal. The only problem is he is so good that he stays busy a lot. Do yourself a favor if you need a divorce attorney

Recently hired Ryan Bergman because our previous adoption attorney wasn’t returning calls. Ryan was great, offered a lot of help and stayed in contact continuously. I emailed, text and had numerous phone conversations and there wasn’t a time when more than 24hrs went by without contact. Ryan was friendly as well as professional and I would highly recommend him if you were looking for someone to represent you in your adoption case

Matt Gilbert helped me. He was helpful, wonderful, friendly and amazing. He quoted a great, reasonable price for high quality services. He helped me complete my divorce. I started my divorce on my own to try to save money at first, but then when I went to file it at the attorney generals office, I was told it would take six months until it was looked at. That was too long. Matt helped me where I left off, and kept me informed through out the whole process.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Ryan Bergmann, who was a tremendous help and phenomenal attorney. There are so many law firms here in San Antonio, it is nothing short of a headache trying to ensure you make the best decision in hiring the right one to represent you and your interests. It’s not always easy selecting a lawyer, as I have had bad luck with previous ones. There shouldn’t be stress of selecting a good lawyer on top of everything else that’s going on. Ryan Bergmann was the light at the end of a dark tunnel. He put me at ease knowing he would fight for me. Ryan and his staff were knowledgeable and courteous.
