I would highly recommend Parkside Dental. This was my first visit to Parkside and my dental hygienist (Deb) was very knowledgeable and explained everything that she was going to be doing beforehand so there were no surprises. Also, she did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. Very, very gentle. I was very impressed with the dentist who examined my teeth and luckily, I didn't need to return for further procedures. He was very friendly, gave suggestions on how to keep your teeth healthy and was nice enough to make small talk. In other words, he had a personality. :)

I recommend Parkside Dental to everyone!! The staff always greet you with a genuine smile when you walk in the door. The office is top notch with all of the best equipment. Great atmosphere. The wait time is minimal. My hygienist is so thorough and personable. Dr. Melissa Brandner Otten is awesome. Always cheery, takes her time with the exam or procedure and also is always smiling. Everyone at Parkside Dental is very friendly and professional. You are greeted when you come in the door and again by the hygienist when she calls you for your appointment. You can tell that you’re important to them, and the hygienist takes good care of your teeth, explaining everything that she is going to do to them. When done, your next appointment is made and the dentist is informed that you are ready to be seen. You are greeted again by the dentist, and after your teeth have been checked, everyone says their goodbyes and you’re out the door. All in all, an enjoyable experience.

We have been coming here since they first opened. Best dental company around. Had my braces, sons braces and now the grandchildren braces all done here. Their dentist is one of the best I've been to. And normally I try to avoid dentists in the past. Now I don't have panic attacks knowing I have a dental appointment.

Been going here for maybe 10 years now? Maybe more? I refuse to go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice as soon as you walk in the door. So helpful, so amazing. They genuinely care about their clients and want to get to know them. I love coming in and being able to just pick up conversations because they pay attention to what I say. They listen and take care of their patients so well. Have never had an issue, will never go anywhere else but to my favorite ladies at Parkside 😁.
