When the pandemic started we called them to cancel our membership. They insisted that we come in person to cancel (?!?!) That’s when everyone was advised by Governor to stay home. Then the place got closed and when they reopened they started harassing us that we need to pay. We called 5 times and explained to them again that we haven’t used gym,… have high risk family members and not planning to come back for safety reasons. The girl promised to talk to the owner. Apparently nothing has been done because next month they started calling again asking for more money and refused
