Michele has always had a passion for fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness. She is an accomplished athlete, having competed her entire life in sports that culminated at the professional level in cycling. She still is an avid equestrian mountain biker rider and yogi.

The adage, "you are what you eat, " rings true now more than ever as we seek to find the right combination of nutrients to improve our immune systems, reduce inflammation, and improve performance both mentally and physically.
