The new front desk lady is not nice at all. Belle and the other dental assistance just try to up sell on everything. They'll even skip the overview from Dr Cavendish to hurry time. Somehow I was always charged when my insurance covers the cleanings. When I question my charges they just give me the run around. Don't get scammed into paying extra for clean teeth.

I moved to NE Phoenix 10 yrs ago & found Dr. Cavendish. He has handled all of our dental work, including for my elderly Mother who was in Assisted Living. She required frequent cleanings & help with bridge adjustments, which the Doctor & his staff has always been very kind, caring & accommodating for her care. Appointments are easy to make & cleanings are a breeze! I highly recommend Dr Cavendish & his team!

I love this practice and Dr. Cavendish is the BEST! His staff, Tracy, Belle and Tianti are great and make you feel like you are valued and are very thorough. They make dental procedures so much more tolerable for me, from the time I enter the office until my service is completed. and......they are always on time and get you in and out as scheduled and expected!

This ia someone you can trust and a consummate professional. The staff he hires are a cut above and care deeply about patients as well. You will love this dentist.

This is a wonderful office. Easy to access, appointments are kept on time, the waiting room is extremely comfortable and patient-friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Dr Cavendish is extremely competent and goes about his work swiftly. All together this makes for a dental experience that is about as pleasant as it can be.

The Doctors are great the dental assistants are great. The billing people that are in office have no clue. Huge mess up because the person doing an estimate didn’t do there job right And to the fullest. Miss quoted big time. I have a family of 5 and I will not be returning be returning to this establishment because of the way business is handled, they will not take responsibility of their mess up. Hopefully paying double of what the quote was won’t happen to anyone else.

Both my husband and myself have been going to Dr. Cavendish for about a year now and we absolutely love it (as much as one can going to the dentist). The staff are not only helpful and friendly, they genuinely care and worked with us.
Dr. Cavendish himself is quite skilled and made my extractions (4 wisdom teeth and a molar) quite painless. And as someone who has a mild phobia when it comes to dentists, orthodontists and drills in my mouth, it was extremely comforting knowing what capable hands I was in.

I was traveling through Phoenix and woke up with a tooth abscess. Found dr Cavendish on Yelp and showed up with no appointment.
The front office staff was friendly and very understanding. I was seen within 30 minutes. Unfortunately I needed a specialist and they quicqly worked out an appointment the same day.
I highly recommend this office !

I decided that since it had been over a year and my mom constantly asking why I haven't gone, I went looking for a dentist. He was near my house and they took my insurance, so both excellent qualifiers. When I got to the doctor he was very nice and the entire cleaning took maybe 20 minutes. Wasn't bad at all.

I had a cleaning scheduled today for my wife and I. When I arrived they told me I needed x-rays and an exam at the last minute because it had been a year and a half since I've been in. I told them I was moving and my new insurance would cover the exam and x-rays so I just wanted the cleanings at $89.95 each rather than $200 each for everything they wanted to do. I explained the situation and they refused to clean our teeth. I have been coming here for 13 years. I have spent thousands on teeth whitening, porcelain caps bridges and much more. I have found a Dentist! Havent been to a dentist in a few years- no insurance- so I called a bunch of places for a resonable consult- Dr. Cavendish does consults for free- I only paid $26.00 for a couple of x-rays. I II got a same day appointment and when I got there I was only in the very nice waiting area 2 minutes before they called me in to be seated. The quote as to deal with said tooth was very resonable. Doctor Cavendish is super pleasant, and takes time to explain all options etc. I can't say enough about his wonderful front and back office staff. Great experience, and I will

Called office as a new patient with an a wisdom tooth problem. They said they could get me in that same day and even called later to say I could come in earlier if able! The office staff were very friendly and Dr. Cavendish was a really nice guy. Unfortunately my problem was one that had to be handled by an oral surgeon...but they worked their magic and even though it was already 4pm was able to get me in to see one that same day :) I have been looking for a new dentist, and thanks to an emergency visit I think I have found one!

Dr. Kavendish was recommended through a co-worker. I am - or I should say had always been apprehensive about going to the destist. (Bad experiences). Dr. Kavendish's office was easy to find, very friendly office staff, Kathleen is amazing. She performed my xrays while discussing every little thing she was doing. The digital xrays were immediately available for me to view, displayed on the monitor in front of me. The office was prestine clean and again ALL staff were very, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this office!!
