72.00 for the worst haircut I ever had. It took two professional cuts to fix it. She trashed my colorist and stylist while working on my hair. By the way, my colorist is top of the line and an international winner. The stylist is also a well known stylist. I won't be back.

Susie and Danielle offer a great service at great prices. It's always difficult to find a hair dresser to rely on, when moving to a new city. I happened upon Panache after trying a few other shops that I couldn't quite trust. Susie earned mine by consistently demonstrating phenomenal attention to detail. I will be a regular customer as long as they're around!

Went in for a haircut and deep conditioning. Before I got there, I called to confirm if blow drying was included with my curly hair haircut and they said yes but when I got there I was told I would have to pay extra because my hair was curly. The deep conditioning did not make any difference. Haircut was a little disappointing because it wasn't even. Salon ambiance was shabby.

Went for the first time today for a color and cut. Danielle (owner) did my hair and was great! We started off with a "phone consult" and she thoroughly explained the color process that she had in mind for my hair and told me pricing. Once I got to the salon for my appt, she went over everything we discussed prior to touching my hair. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with her explanation! I am so happy with how my hair turned out and will definitely be going back!

I came here with a nice bayalage color. I wanted to brighten up my blonde towards the bottom and bring it up a bit. My hair was turned grey. I left with silverish/ grey tones all over my hair. I did not go back as they requested me to do so as the last thing I want is my hair to be more damaged. My hair was grey. I wanted my money back and they refused to refund me what I paid. I did not come here for grey hair.

Had a great experience!! Loved the haircut and care by Yoshi Yara. I was growing out my curls after years of chemical straightening. She gave a perfect cut and was very helpful by giving tips to maintain it!! Definitely recommend this place for curly hair...love to go back again!!

I tried this place a week ago. I had a wonderful experience. Yoshi did an amazing job. She is knowledgable and very pleasant. The environment is wonderful. The other hair stylish was nice also. The owner is very kind. I definitely will come back.

Amazing salon..been going there for over 2 yrs. now. Great hair cuts and color, customer service is professional and friendly, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Very pleased!

Do not go here. Assured me they perm hair. Got a perm and cut. She brushed my hair after taking the curlers out. Completely fried my hair. It's fried and frizzy with no curls at all. I asked for a stacked layered short haircut with a disconnect in the front. She just took a handful from the top of my head and cut it short. Not real layers.

So now my hair is fried and looks like a poof. Called to get a refund. Whichever as sent. She tried to blame my old perm( from over a year ago) or that I had washed it too soon. I waited 4 days. She said that it couldn't be her technique

I've been a Hairstylist/ Master Cosmetologist for 30 + years . Retired now , Always have cut, color, my own hair until the other day. My best friend said( Stop doing your own hair & go to Panache Hair Studio)! One of her friends has been going there for years , just give it a try . Well , after I tried to cut the back of my hair into a short Classic Bob Guess What? I totally messed up my own hair.. Finally went & called for An Appointment. Had a great experience with Susie last week. I had been shopping for a salon that could deal with slow-spreading, doctor-treated alopecia. I wanted someone to help me make a plan for camouflaging it now and for how to deal with this in the future if it continues. I was tired of trying to figure out for myself how to cover thinning areas. Susie has had clients with similar problems and had expertise and tricks to share. I went in with low expectations and low self confidence, and left feeling like I had more hair than I thought, plus had two compliments within the first hour! Anyone who has hair

Love this place! I always leave super happy with the results! Susie is amazing and so kind. A few months ago, my bangs got butchered at a great clips, then I went to Panache and Susie completely fixed the damage. Definitely will be going back when it's time for my next haircut!!

Walked in with optimism. Left with my hair in layers with two inches of separation .... not well blended at all. I'm not satisfied and I expressed it but the stylist kept mentioning "that's how it's supposed to be" not it's not. I've always had this haircut and it's never looked like that. Very disappointed, I wouldn't go here again. If you are looking for well blended layers don't go here. I'm so sad and embarrassed my hair looks choppy :( everyone I asked said it's badly done. I would really like my money back.

I just moved so I was so nervous about trying to find a good hair salon because they are hard to come by. But 10/10 recommend, Susie is so friendly and kind. She knows what she's doing and explains it to you, which ultimately made me feel so much more comfortable. I was so fortunate to go into Panache yesterday on a whim and a prayer and have Laura do my hair! Laura and Jasmine did an impromptu consultation with me (I wanted a modern looking "spiral" perm!). We looked at some images on-line and they were both confident that they could do for me what I had in mind and the results were SUPER FANTASTIC!! Just what I was envisioning!! Laura and I talked and had such a great two hours together - I have never had a better experience ALL THE WAY AROUND! Thank you Laura and Panache for my NEW LOOK!

I recently had my color done at different salon, and my hair was left with yellow scalp and edges that were not dyed. I was sooooo unhappy. I googled and found out that a Panache stylist by the name of Jasmine who is BOMB for coloring and natural hair. Jasmine not only fixed my color but she made it look a thousand times more beautiful by giving me a color that actually compliments my skin.

When I came into the shop everyone was so pleasant, sweet and social. The shop was very clean and the stylist were all knowledgeable. They made me feel right at home. You guys are the absolute best!!

Great hair studio. Susie has been cutting hair for over 30 years. She gives you a good cut and at a fair price. She and her staff take great care of her customers and always treats you with respect. They always get you served at in reasonable time whether you have an appointment or not. Thank you!!! Jasmine has been there a couple years and does a great job too. Do not go here for a perm unless you want chemical burns, burnt hair and soaking wet clothes. Then, when you have had everyone in your life tell you that you should ask for a refund you decide to just inform the owner of your experience and she calls you a liar. Finally did get my money back- but I have bangs I never asked for because they fried my hair off. So many other better salons out there- don't settle for this one.

This is a long overdue review. I've lived in Atlanta for two years, and I only get my hair cut at Panache. Allison is awesome! I have really fine hair that most stylists struggle with, but Allison knows exactly how to make my hair look great! She listens to my needs (something low-maintenance and easy-to-style) and gives me an amazing cut every time. I would highly recommend Panache and Allison in particular. They also have awesome deals on shampoos and stuff sometimes. :-)

I have been going to this salon for almost 3 years seeing Jason, and am always very happy with the results! I have even moved from Atlanta to Alpharetta during this time, but I keep coming back here. For my June wedding I brought in virgin Remy hair extensions and needed them dyed to match my hair color..Jason and another hairdresser (I unfortunately don't remember her name) did a perfect job dying them to match.
