Only thing that keeps this from being a 1 star is some of the people in the office. My bathtub was painted over instead of replaced, maintenance pushed their way through my door without ever announcing themselves and no one thought such a thing was an issue (the man also came through my rooms and never said a word when was crying and asking who was there),the dishwasher is stained, I stated I wanted an apartment with a washer and dryer but was told they didn't have any despite later learning there are options with washers and dryers. Overall I feel like my urgency to move in the middle of a pandemic

This is my first time living completely on my own and as soon as I met the staff here and saw a few apartments, I knew I wanted to live here. Everyone is so friendly and it's such a welcoming neighborhood. And on top of that the prices are great and the apartment I got is amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

First time moving by myself & the leasing staff was super helpful!!! Very nice staff, also very nice area with newly renovated apartments! :)
Edit: THREE MONTHS OF LIVING HERE - dropped from 5 stars to 1 star. Not to mention all the maintenance problems, but our refrigerator has gone out TWICE! (first time all of our food spoiled with no reimbursement/rent deductions) second time the guy explained the first guy didn’t fix it properly (NO DUH) and left with a puddle of water under our refrigerator. I’ve had a constant leak on my sliding glass door & it has yet to be fixed even though I’ve

I wouldn't recommend anyone renting out here. All they care about is money and they say that the first month is free but they end up making you pay it afterwards if you don't finish the lease which is such a rip off and they don't care about you being jobless and just want money out of you. They gave my husband and I a letter telling us to pay or leave yet say that wasn't the eviction letter -_- and they make you pay all the months till you give a 30 day notice, we had to pay over 2 thousand dollars and now don't have a penny in our pockets...
