I love that they're Fear Free certified, and you can tell from the way they handle my boy. They take time to listen and discuss options so you can figure out the optimal way forward for your pet. They check up on my boy with text messages after procedures. They don't pressure you to do combo shots all at once and you can tell they care about the welfare of their patients. I drive out of my way to see them , so worth it!

Our dog became very ill over Labor Day. They clinic was closed but I left a message to see if they'd be able to take her the next day. They got to me as soon as they got into the office and heard the message, an hour before they were even open! I don't think they had availability but they wanted to see her right away and squeezed her in, kept her all day and got her all better. The environment of the clinic is not only calming and soothing for your beloved pets but also for their owners. I can't say enough about the staff here, you can tell they really care. They even cut my dogs medications in

Three out of four of my pack have been here and my normally fearful big dog even walked himself in for some positive love and treats.
Today will be heart wrenching for not just me but I know the staff will hurt, too. My first pup will graduate and I know we are in the kindest hands.
As reviewed elsewhere, thankful I did my research and came here a few years ago.

We love Dr. Frost and his staff! I recently adopted my first puppy and we couldn't have asked for a better first experience. He is caring, patient, and very knowledgeable. The staff is always so nice and gentle with the animals as well. They give you the option to make appointments or to ask questions via text during business hours, which is a bonus for me!

North Boise vet went above and beyond to help us along with the pet transport process. Mariah researched the pet transport guidance, led us through the necessary treatments and vaccines, and ensured they were ready to travel. When we secured a pet travel company for their transport, she worked directly with the pet travel company to get the necessary documentation together.
