I have always been reluctant when visiting the dentist in the past, however, at Dr. Strong’s office you receive quality comprehensive care. Dr. Strong and staff do a remarkable job on educating, communicating, and providing the patient with empathetic and quality care! This office has really assisted me with my smile!

When Covid started Dr. Strong put surgical air replacement systems in all of her rooms. All of her staff are very careful about masking cleaning etc. I love that I can take care of my teeth and feel safe at the same time. Since I can’t wear a mask when they’re working on my teeth, I really appreciate that they wear two!!! This kind of attention to detail carries through and everything they do. I highly recommend Dr. Sharon Strong!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst dental experience I have ever had. I literally got in the car and called my mom and cried. I’m 24.
Dr. Strong is extremely unprofessional and it’s VERY obvious all she cares about is money. Her staff wasn’t that bad, the receptionist was actually very nice but her assistant was also rude. Her rhetoric throughout the “consultation” was degrading and despite having insurance and thinking I had scheduled a cleaning which is 100% covered I was charged a $80 fee.
When describing my dental history at one point she said “did your parents

I am new to the Bandon area and needed a dentist; a neighbor referred me to Dr. Strong's office. From the first phone call to set up an appointment, through my examination and x-rays, cleaning and dental procedure, Dr. Strong and her amazing team were very professional and knowledgeable. Eight years ago, I had the worst dental experience of my life. I arrived here due to a front tooth cavity. After her exam, Dr Strong matter-of-factly informed me that the most visible tooth in my mouth could not be saved, and it must be pulled. No other options were presented. She did not say that we could attempt a 200 dollar filling, even though she did not believe it would work. There was also zero empathy or sympathy when delivering this news. After informing her that I could not even afford the temporary replacement, I left and broke down in the parking lot. That was an absolutely terrible

I moved to Bandon, in the middle of 2020, making it very difficult to find providers that were willing to accept new patients. Luckily, we found Dr. Strong. Her work has been exceptional, probably the best dental work I’ve ever had. She, and her team, have a real dedication to quality and detail; I couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Strong is the first dentist I have worked with who explains everything in a way that doesn't feel like she's trying to sell me something I don't need and she makes sure I understand what work needs to be done so there's no misunderstandings later on. I was very impressed with this office as soon as I stepped in the door. Everyone there is so professional and Dr Strong spent a lot of time talking to me because I am a new patient. I had my first cleaning with Claudia the hygienist this week. She made me feel like an old friend and she has a wonderful sense of humor. My teeth have never been so clean!

Dr. Strong and her staff are absolutely the best! I had the best dental experience here. They treat everyone like family and genuinely care. The most gentile and pain free dentist I've ever had. And, if you are someone who is nervous about seeing the dentist, she is the one to go to. They even have sedation options too! I can't recommend Dr. Strong enough.

Took my mom down to have her dentures looked at and Dr. strong had an attitude cause I wasn't sure about her finances, which is none of my business cause I don't have power of attorney! This was supposed to be a consultant. Then tried to told me it would cost $1400. To reline and clean up the top ones. Plus charged me for the consult. I understand people need to make money, but to charge to look at someone's mouth and do nothing, not nice... Took her to South coast Dental in Coos Bay and was not charged a dime for consult, they cleaned them up they look beautiful! I won't go

If a zero star was a viable option, that is what I would rate Strong. Her staff is pleasant and everything is wonderful, until the actual dental work takes place. I was 4 months pregnant and had a tooth that needed to be removed. She was the only dentist that would take me on such short notice and know I realize why. My tooth was infected and rather than wait the appropriate time for the infection to subside, she began to remove the tooth after only two days of antibiotics. Needless to say the infection was still present and the anesthesia didn't work because of the still very present infection

I would highly discourage anyone from visiting Dr. Strong's office. The front desk was never honest with me about cost and her rates are through the roof. I paid everything up front at time of service and my insurance was quick to process their claims. But a few months later when I received a bill for almost $200, she was unwilling to negotiate when I tried to plead my case as to why I felt these charges were unfair. The dental care staff was kind and I received good care, but none of that was worth the hassle and grief I've dealt with from that office.

I just wanted to update on service. I had very bad dental work from this place that has cost me pain, money and a tooth. This place is fine for cleanings, but I do not recommend them for advanced dental work. Also it seems that once your in their system they feel they own you. This office is your best friend until you try to cancel an appointment. They use every trick in the book to force you to commit to a date. I watched them pressure an elderly woman until she was in tears. Once I was able to "break up" with them they still called me and tried to get me to schedule an appointment.

I can personally echo EVERYTHING Phil from Myrtle Point said - the only difference is I did not give her much option but to refund every penny! Yes - she plunked over 10K BACK on my account for the hideous bill and inferior work she'd billed for. Then she cut a check for me to go have the tooth extracted, which it needed from day #1.
After further review, I find we are not the only irate X-customers - several have already filed complaints with the board of dentistry. Rightfully so.

Horrible Dentist, My family stopped going to her and should have sued. She worked on my 10 year old daughter's cavity, WITHOUT anesthesia because she said (after I asked why she was screaming) my daughter didn't want any, I think she's lucky I just took my daughter out of there and never went back. After a full exam and a cleaning we had a conference with the dentist where she proposed a $17,000 treatment program. Tooth still not fixed.
My wife called the dentist's office several times for clarification on several things. Around that time my wife commented to the receptionist that she was going to get a second opinion,
Shortly after making the second opinion comment, My wife got a letter from the dentist as quoted below.
"Thank you for coming to our office
