Services
Westside Boxing Club is owned and operated by the Saucedo Ruiz boxing family, with brothers Jose and Nacho serving as head trainers. For many people, the regular routine of going to the gym or walking are boring ways to stay fit. Although these two methods are healthy and work in giving you a better tone and good heart condition, they sometimes get too routine and kill the fun factor of working out.
For those interesting in pursuing boxing to qualify for the Olympics or as a professional, Westside Boxing is proud to be a member of USA Boxing. Another important benefit you can gain from boxing is learning the mechanisms of self-defense. Westside Boxing Club is proud if its association with the LA Unified School District and Los Angeles High School in offering after-school boxing and fitness programs to students.

Went to check out the gym. Owner tried to charge $100 bucks a month and then tell me there was a 1hr & 20 minute workout time limit. The gym is tiny and I honestly think they want to keep it under a certain cultural denomination...
Freddie Roach's Wildcard boxing gym is only 13 minutes away from this one, they only want $5 a day or $50 a month. It's much more welcoming and it makes sense. Plus, it's where Manny Pacquiao and other pros train.
Go there instead.

I had a medical setback a few years ago and in recovery got interested in boxing. Finally had my first lesson at Westside boxing club with an awesome coach Gabriel. Great spot and a great vibe that they have created there. It is a special place. If you are looking for a place to get an intro into boxing/ get back into shape, this is the spot! A+ people.

I can't say enough good things about these guys! From the brothers that do the training to the dad that will wrap your hands for you to the grandkids that you will see helping train other little ones during the after school program, they are all great! (that was the longest run on sentence ever lol). They envelope you as if you're family.
They care about form. They make you better by not letting you give up even if you're cursing them out. I love it here.
