I needed to make calls to begin the process of vetting probate attorneys. All I can say is I had the excellent fortune to speak with Melanie! Melanie is that rare bird indeed that knows her stuff, is professionalism personified AND just emanates warmth, kindness and cooperation. Called to see if this firm is who I wanted representing me... I can only say this... I did not receive actual services from Mr. Sandoval, but today I called and it clearly says on the website FREE consultation. I asked the receptionist and said says it will be $200. I of course explained that it says otherwise on their website, she then said "oh well all our websites have not been updates." I asked how many websites do you guys have? She says a few.... I asked her did she mean that their web page comes up on different search engines she said yes that's what I mean... Bottom line I did not trust

Through a most difficult period when faced with possible long term care for my husband, Mr. Sandoval advised us with caring compassion. Patience & expert advice. We took steps, following this advice & set up a particular trust suited for our situation when completed we felt a huge sense of relief & remain most grateful to Mr. Sandoval as time passed any further questions were expertly answered by Vanessa. Another expert in her field at a later date as my husbands health declined. Megan with the utmost compassion answered many difficult questions, another expert!

Dennis has set up two of our families Trusts and is in the process of a third for us. He is there from beginning to end. He assures that the person requesting the trust is not being coerced; that the trust is set up exactly the way the person needs it to be; and when the time comes to disburse the trust he and his staff are there to make sure the Trustee has all the tools needed and any concerns taken care of. I've never seen an attorney so thorough and helpful as well as reasonable in his costs.

We have been extremely pleased with our experience with this law firm. They have done everything they said they would do in a very timely manner. The paralegal, Megan Bolling is awesome and answered all our questions super fast and always on point. The attorneys there are all excellent. Hiring this firm to represent us with my father’s needs was one of the best decisions we have ever made. When a senior goes into the care system, it is nothing but a fight to get them taken care of. I would advise anyone in this situation to hire an Elder-Law-Attorney to get all the information you need to take
