Crist & Sons Painting was established in 1997 in Northern Idaho. It is a true family business consisting of four generations of painters. Our family has been painting in Idaho for over 70 years and although the original company has grown into a very large contracting company located in Southern Idaho, we are completely independent and still focused on the painting industry.
We currently serve much of North Idaho from Hayden, Coeur D'Alene, Post Falls, Dalton Gardens, Rathdrum, Athol, Spirit Lake, and everywhere in between. Crist & Sons Painting prides itself on being "Masters of the Craft" whether it be painting the interior or exterior of your home or business. We provide all phases of painting including Interior, exterior, residential, commercial, industrial, new construction, remodels, repaints, drywall patching and repairs, as well as staining of homes, decks, fences, and refinishing of log homes.
To prepare the home for painting or staining we do a thorough pressure washing complete to completely clean all siding and trim, and, if necessary, a chemical treatment to remove mold and mildew. If the home is to be painted, it will require caulking, to seal all gaps and areas where boards meet using only high quality caulk.

We recently had the interior of our home painted by Shane and his crew, and we could not be happier with the results. Being new to the area, we had no recommendations for good painters. We happened to find Crist and Sons in the phone book, and we struck gold. Working with the Crist family was a great experience from first contact for a quote, throughout the whole project, to clean up.
