Creekside Construction is top notch! We were overseeing our parent’s pipe-bursting issues from afar. Creekside was amazing as they were professional and did outstanding work (with Steve’s creativity and problem solving, the end result looks even better than before!) In a word? AMAZING. We experienced a water leak from the condo above us. Drywall, wood flooring, molding, and linoleum were all damaged. I was referred to Creekside by another neighbor. I reached out to Dave, and the response was immediate. Farmer's Insurance gave me the runaround for the entire experience and Dave walked me through the mitigation and restoration process. He interested with the insurance company, made great product recommendations, and solved a VERY difficult wood matching issue.

So...after working with them for a week on our restoration where we've been displaced, the day we get our insurance to approve the estimate, Dave(co-owner) calls and says "we are still busy from the wind damage from a few weeks ago" to say they can't do the work. This is after I pointed out the lack of communication from the estimator that came out in how they stated the process would work.
At the end of the day, we dodged a bullet with this company...who would just subcontract the work out anyway.

My basement flooded last October after I had just set it up as a vacation rental. My insurance company recommended Creekside Construction...a really great find for me! They always took my calls, always had answers, were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond. I found my contractor in Coeur d'Alene and would recommend them to my friends in a heartbeat. Way to go guys!

Creekside is amazing! I knew they did great remodeling work because they did a beautiful job re-doing my friends’ kitchen. I used them to do repairs after I filed a homeowner’s insurance claim. They were here exactly when they said they would be, did excellent work, paid attention to every detail, and expertly handled any bumps in the road quickly and completely. Top notch knowledge, experience and quality.
