This is our second time building with Selkirk. We loved the first home but wanted more property. We went to Tyler and Scott with some ideas regarding building a second home and they were all about it. We had a concept we liked, and they were more than willing to work with us. We sat down one day, discussed the plan we liked, came up with a few changes, and they ran with it. We now have a beautiful home that I can’t believe is ours! The whole team at Selkirk is extremely easy to work with! They are honest and stay true to their word. Our experience working with Selkirk has been awesome both times

Our family met with Selkirk in the summer of 2019 per the recommendation of our realtor. After looking at several homes, we felt that we wanted to entertain building our own home as everything started to look the same. We met with Selkirk and immediately connected! Through the entire process we felt genuinely cared for and our vision respected. Selkirk allowed for us to build our dream home while professionally guiding us through the process. Covid may have complicated a lot of builds but we were fortunate enough to escape the chaos. We built the home remotely and only visited the site once. This
