Great vibes!
I came here with a large group for a sound healing session. It was pretty amazing!
We all laid on our yoga mats with blankets and pillows. I closed my eyes and focused on my breathing and the sounds of gongs and singing bowls. It was a wonderful experience! I saw colors and felt my chakras aligning. I accidently fell asleep for a moment but I felt really great once I woke up!
Before the session we were able to place our crystals and jewelry near the singing bowls to clear their energy.
The staff is so accommodating and knowledgeable! The venue and bathrooms were neat and clean

Well let start off by saying I have studied various types of martial arts though out my life and have learn a lot that I could take home with me, so I wanted to enroll my children. I can't say I enjoyed my experience at the Jeff Speakmen Kenpo 5.0. I can say if you can look past Jeff Speakman's movie posters that makes it look like the art of Kempo is a joke and not worth your time and money, then the system has great techniques for self defense. Then there is the horrible business commutation and the overpriced membership, the dirty mats and floors, couches the horrible tasting tap water

I have studied various martial arts at a very young age back in Hawaii. After moving myself and my family to Las Vegas 5 years ago, I decided it was time to get back into the art. I'm not sure what attracted me to step in to the Kenpo 5.0 doors, but it was the best decision I ever made. It's definitely the most challenging, but it's the one art form that just MAKES SENSE, and one that could save your life. Jeff Speakman is one of the most humble and caring people I know. He went through chemo treatment about a year ago, and showed up right after his treatment to teach his classes
