Individual psychotherapy can help you when you are struggling with personal problems or life transitions such as marriage, divorce, career change or geographical move. It can be of crucial help when you are dealing with personal loss and depression. Marital and couples therapy is available for those of you who are experiencing problems in a relationship.
Hypnotherapy is not what you have seen on television or in the movies. Hypnosis is a therapeutic tool that is used alone or along with other therapeutic approaches. Hypnosis helps people overcome problems, experience comfort during painful procedures, and handle stress more effectively. Hypnosis is the process of learning how to relax deeply and focus your attention on memories, feelings, images and ideas.
