Dr. Patel is an outstanding professional with a team equally excellent. My husband needed extensive dental treatment which included, among other things, the placement of 11 crowns! Dr. Patel, with his state of art equipment that can make crowns on site, treated my husband in just one visit!
Dr. Patel also offers sedation, which it was essential in my husband's case since he suffers from dementia.

I have had a life long dread of going to the dentist. Extremely sensitive teeth, prone to cavities, and novacaine is only marginally effective for me. It wasn't unusual for me to have a numerous fillings required as a kid, and each one was agony. I literally have nightmares about being in the dentist chair. So when I say Dr. Patel is the best dentist I have ever seen, it's saying something. I've been going to him for the last 9 years, and he's done extensive work. Numerous crowns, fillings and even an implant. He's got the latest technology, and is able to fabricate crowns while you wait. No more

I normally hate going to the dentist but surprisingly my visits here are not painful like my experiences in the past. Dr. Patel's office was previously in Ala Moana and now we are lucky to have him in Hawaii Kai where parking is so much easier. The office is clean and his front staff are very welcoming and efficient. Several members of my family have seen Dr. Patel over the last 4 years and each time the wait times are reasonable, if there is a wait time at all. Dr. Patel is very patient and answers questions fully. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. We did have one emergency
