I don't trust anyone with my hair--- I've had the same hair stylist for the last 10 years. But I decided to try out a new place on a whim while on a trip to SD. And they did not disappoint. Rich did an amazing job with my hair! Clearly can tell he is a master with his shears. Lovely shampoo and massage, and a beautiful blow out to match. I gave him free reign on what style he would like to do, and I couldn't be happier. I will be back again for sure!

I made an appointment with Richie for a single haircut. My appointment is 5:30 in the afternoon, and I got there at 5:15. He was working on another customer and asked me to come back at 5:40, fine, that's ok; Then when I got back at 5:40, Richie was not done with the first one still, I had to wait more and when he started, he rushed between us. Finally, the first customer left, and a gentleman came in the middle of my cut. I was shocked when he asked a lady to dry my hair and he started to work on that gentlemen (probably only

This review is long overdue! I have been seeing Joanne for years now. She is an amazing stylist who truly cares and listens. Over the years I've seen her for Japanese Straightening, color, digital perm and a diverse amount of different hair styles from simple trims to complete style changes. Oh... and lash extensions too! My teenage daughter sees Richie for cuts and styling. We are always pleased with the outcome and will not go anywhere else. Highly recommend Ceci Salon!

Richie is an amazing colorist! During COVID lockdown I messed up my hair pretty bad on DIY home coloring kit. After 2 visits he fixed my hair completely to the color that I originally had in mind. Just be mindful you'll spend a little more than you typically would in Orange County but it's worth it. Richie is meticulous and will not disappoint. Will be back again the next time I'm in town.

Richie is the best. I go in there feeling drab but leave feeling fab!! $45 for a cut and it's so worth it! Great cut, great friendly customer service, and he also gave me tips for styling my hair at home. Wish I would've found this place sooner because I've had my fair share of bad cuts. If you go here you won't regret it!

At first I thought this place was pretty good but NOPE. I'll start from the beginning. My hair grows so fast and I trim it myself. When it gets too long I cut it short. It was that time again as my hair was very long (although not long enough to donate) and I wanted it cut to above my shoulders. I hadn't been to this salon but it had pretty good reviews so I called in on a Saturday. They said they were too busy for a walk in and the earliest appointment was Sunday 11am. Sunday I came in at 10:40am hoping they could squeeze me in sooner and when I walked in it was empty. So yes

Joanne and the team did a great job with my hair. I had a root touch up and cut. She gave me the side swept bangs I've been asking everyone else to give me and wasn't getting done quite right. This is my first time getting my hair done here. She does an amazing job with eyelashes too. Joanne and the salon owner were super flexible and understanding with me. I had a 1045 appointment but didn't get there until around 1120. I thought at first I could only get it cut and not color, but they tag teamed it and made it all happen. Thank you ladies! Trish- She does a great job at taking the time to understand what you want. She asked a lot of questions and made me understand that more hair would be needed to cut in order to achieve the look I wanted (V shape in the back). She knew I didn't want to cut too much so she cut a little at first and went in more when I asked.
Uni- I took a chance on Uni because she seemed really nice and capable of getting the style I wanted. Unfortunately she cut more than I asked for. I asked for 2 inches and it ended up being more. My hair went down to my belly button and now it's right at the bottom

I was looking for a salon that was open on holidays and found Ceci salon. I wanted to cut my long hair due to the summer heat and knots but decided I wanted some natural highlight too. They worked on my hair right away...Trish the hair stylist spend 3 hours with me and she did a wonderful job cutting and highlighting my dark Asian hair. This was the shortest my hair has been since forever and I am happy I came to this salon. They do a good job at coloring and straightening & styling hair.

Got eyelash extensions here & 16 days later, they still look great!
Ive gotten lash extensions before at another location for a higher price & they would always fall out, but with the lashes i got done at Ceci's, only a few fell out over the past 16 days! Im very impressed with how well the lashes have held up, even after showering daily. They do a quick job too. I got a natural set & it only took 45 minutes.
