Services
The Associations lineage is closely associated with the Ip Man style of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Yes it does. The reason being that as Wing Chun Kung Fu developed each student and teacher alike interpreted it and passed it on to the ensuing generation slightly differently. The fundamental structure and content remain a consistent theme within the system regardless of lineage or style.

Alan Bak Fu Vasquez is not respected in the local Wing Chun community nor in Hong Kong by his own SiGung. He is known to speak poorly about his Grandmasters, former students and other Wing Chun sifus and martial artists. His lack of good character and desire to spread negativity is sad for the local WC community. He is undeserving of anyone's trust and esteem.

Knowledge, Experience, Ferocity, Honorable, Dedicated. I was blessed to study under Alan Vasquez for 6 years, and would not trade that experience for anything in the world. Alan is a Viet Nam Veteran and Special Forces Op Captain Retired. Experience and knowledge is what he has to offer, you know he is the real deal when he begins to teach a group. No ego heads allowed in class and if You are dedicated you will progress, and learn an art that is very refined and very deadly from one of the best!

This is the best Wing Chun school in Orange County. I have trained under Bak Fu since 1998 and am a graduate of the school certified by the VTAA in Hong Kong in 2003. This is not a buy the belt kung fu school like so many in this area of the world. Sifu Bak Fu is a retired Vietnam Vet, he was a Ranger and was special forces. He has extensive experience real life combat situations, this school does not teach the high tech tag games based on points that so many others schools base their experience on. Sifu Bak Fu lives for Wing Chun currently teaching out of his house as so many Wing Chun instructors

I have known Bak Fu for almost 6 years now, and while I can understand where Gary comes from (that is, if you're coming from a different lineage and are intent on comparing without truly taking the time to understand our own), I would not trade my time with Bak Fu for anything. His school truly teaches one to develop their own gung fu, and to develop their own method of fighting - IF you can push past your own personal plateaus. While the teaching style may be very unorthodox compared to many other Western studios, I have had people remark to me how it reminds them of how they were taught kung
