Focusing on the goals of "Quality, Healthy, and Tradition" the company is family operation making each dish in our own kitchens from scratch. Four Sea Restaurant has three generations of family member working together to fulfill the idea "Honor the Customer, Quality Comes First". Through hard work and dedication, Four Sea Restaurant began building its brand around the idea of delicious and authentic traditional Chinese food.

Every day, before dawn, without fail, each store begins to grind up soybeans, roll out the dough for the oven baked bun and light the stoves to begin frying the deep fried crullers.
Services
More than just purveyors of authentic traditional Chinese food, we aim to take simple ingredients in its most basic form and transform it into delicious products for our customers. Our restaurants make every item from scratch; this means we make every item from its most original form whether it be flour, salt, oil, and sesame for our famous oven baked flaky buns or freshly ground pork, cabbage, rice noodles, and flour for our vegetable pork buns.

Great place to have famous Taiwanese style breakfast. Tabletop adhesiveness is a feature that adds to its authenticity.

So so so good! Hands down, best steam buns and green onion cakes I've had in ages. Very limited english skills but very much worth the extra effort- honestly I've always found this to be a great indicator for the food being better. This is getting added to our permanent/must-have list when we are in town. I can't wait to get the full dine-in experience post-covid!

This is the standard I compare all Taiwanese breakfast places too. It'd hold up well in Taiwan.
They also have, what I consider to be, the pinnacle of fan tuans. So in addition to your normal fare of pork floss, fried cruller and pickled vegetables, you can add egg in here. Tea egg or an omelet. Your omelet could have onions in it too. It comes out to be this big fat boi, and I love it.
Have I had better? Of course. In this small mom and pop shop in Taiwan. Where you're basically eating in their kitchen. But other than that ONE place. Four Sea wins almost every time.

The traditional Taiwanese breakfast isn’t easy to find. This is probably one of the two places east of freeway 605. The quality of food is depending on what you order. Some are good and some are just okay.

Iconic Taiwanese breakfast place. They got plenty of staple breakfast foods. Sadly over the years, inflation has caused the prices to go up by quite a bit.

Radish cake's wayyyyyyyy toooooooo delicious! I've never seen any making of radish cake like this, crisp and brown outside and absolutely tender and aromatic in your mouth. *Photo added on Dec 6th.

I give it 3 stars because I got no reason to come back. I drive all the way from Phoenix to try out this place where people highly recommend to get traditional Chinese breakfast from.
The soy milk are not so fresh and the rice wrap taste plain. The only good thing is the little bakery that taste sweet like it is supposed to be. The staff responds really slow and attitude is not so friendly.

Janky interior but you'll feel like you're in China. Authenticity points. You order before you sit and it's cash only. This is really solid place for Taiwanese style breakfast. You should try their soy milk and fried cruller or fried Chinese donut. Also get fried egg variants whenever you can. Yum. Good value for the price. Expect to bus your own table to a martyr dirty table.

This is the place to buy authentic Taiwanese breakfast. Soy milk with friend gluten rolls. Yummy sticky rice burrito and egg pancakes. The only problem is they take phone orders but their phone is always off the damn hook. If you got time to wait then great place but if you think you want to grab and go don't bother. The line is usually almost to the door.
