Solon Park Apartments

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. I don’t even have the mental capacity to explain all the things that they did to us. The apartment itself, the building, the parking, the price, the management, and even the maintenance are ALL awful. I have reached out to them on multiple occasions and HAVE NEVER heard back. SO disappointed and disgusted

I’ve lived here going on 6 months. I’ve had nothing but problems. Ready to move already. The apartment itself is very nice however the management is awful. Very unorganized

If you are planning to rent the apartment with Solon Park, be CAREFULL. I have never seen this kind of issues in my whole life. After talking to almost 2 month, they handed over me a apartment with full of issues. I moved 1 week back here and today Stove had big spark. We were lucky we are safe. Thank GOD. I never seen a apartment which has such low maintenance work in the apartment. You will laugh once your will read next sentence. They handed over a apartment with two different color of doors. I have lived in Solon park apartments for 6 months. The land lady Kathy won't help me take the necessary steps I need to take. She is very rude.

Management is rude!! Maintenance has left cigarettes when coming to do work in the unit. You have to beg them to fix things in the unit. No safe sidewalks for your kids when they are walking to the bus stop. They ONLY offer COVID-19 rent relief for certain tenants!!! Not for everyone..😑

My daughter and grand daughter live in this place. They’ve only been there since August. This place is a mess and I have very valid concerns for their safety and health well-being. My daughter has continuously tried to reach out to management to correct these issues to no avail. It appears that once they secured a signed lease, concern for the tenant went out of the unsecured front door. Upon each visit, the main apartment door is left ajar by other tenants. There is trash strewn in the hallway. Upon entering my daughters apartment I noticed bleach stains in the carpet and some type of pink stains

I have been a resident for about a year and love living here. The staff is great, always welcoming and friendly, especially with my son. Calls for maintenance are done quickly and properly. Very quiet with everything nearby. Never any issues.

We viewed this today, and was very impressed with the whole complex. The apartment we seen was very nice. The residents we spoke to in the building, we friendly and helped answer questions. The lady in the rental office was very sweet and helpful. We are seriously considering this complex to make our home.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and I've had a very pleasant experience! Very friendly neighbors and the area is great. The apartments are a bit small for how much money you spend per month but I don't plan on leaving anytime soon! I just wish there was a workout center included!
