This is by far one of the most overpriced worst places you can live in Greater Cleveland. The carpet is over ran with ants. The appliances are outdated. Nothing will get fixed. The leasing office terminated a residents’ lease after he was irate his package had been stolen. He said that They (the leasing office) didn’t terminate the lease of the thieves even though it was proven items of his had in fact been stolen. Poorly managed unprofessionals. Stay far away.

I’m writing this review because I’m beyond Fed up with rockside towers. They have the worst maintenance system I’ve ever seen. I’ve literally been calling about the same repairs in my apartment since I moved in, and it’s been a full year. The front office don’t communicate. There elevators are terrible. I’ve gotten stuck a couple times within a year and they still haven’t full repaired. I pay about $1000 in rent and they keep going up on it. I truly regret moving here. My opinion you can definitely find somewhere better for your money worth. I wouldn’t recommend nobody, save your

I’ve been putting in the same maintenance request since I’ve moved in a year ago. I’ve scheduled multiple appointments with managment for maintenance, they never show. It would be nice to get a call to be informed you can’t make scheduled day, but it’s becoming repetitive. When maintenance does decide to show they half do the job or never return to complete it. Rent goes up with no updates just the same problems since move in.

I am sooo pleased with the outstanding staff and management at Rockside. Any problems, questions I have had was answered and taken care so professionally. I am giving a 5 star review (1year) if anything go south you will know

This place is terrible! The dryers are constantly broke on every floor! Even when they say they are fixe. I’ve spent so much money on dryers only for them to not work. It’s ridiculous! Literally every floor has a faulty dryer or DRYERS (plural). There is so many other things wrong but I don’t even have the energy to list them right now. Can’t wait until my lease is up!

Literally the WORST place I have EVER lived. Worst year of my life. My apartment flooded at least 5 times with sewage AND the carpets burned after sparks shot out from the outlets that failed to work. Good luck ever getting maintenance to fix anything correctly or at all. Office staff rarely ever answers the phone, the place smells horrible and it’s always noisy. If you dare to visit this place, you’ll be greeted by trash throughout the parking lots and cigarette/weed smoke in the halls. Do yourself a favor and never live here. I wish I could attach photos of all the flooded/ruined furniture

Great Place to live. Centrally located everything I need and want to go.
The management staff are professional, friendly, and motivated to take care any concerns to may arrive. The complex is clean, quiet , fun. Management do an amazing job at selecting those who are to become apart of our community. The maintenance staff is trust worthy and competent. This allow me to feel comfortable with entering my apartment in my absence.
