So, once again my furnace is out for the second time this month and I was told that they didn't have anyone to come and fix it due to Covid. So, as a company I feel that they should outsource when dealing with a issue such as this. The care for this building and the people that live in it is very minimal because of the demographic. I have been here for 5 going on 6 years and each year the management of this complex get worse. DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE WHERE YOU LIVE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. God willing I will not be renewing my lease.

Almost not worth a star. Management is shady and they blocked my account with no explanation so I can’t pay my rent. Avoid this place. People keep complaining about it and no one fixes it

I lived in this complex (the 5977 building) from August 2018 to January 2021 and this is by far one of the worst places I have ever lived. The maintenance is slow and ineffective. We experienced break-ins twice (Oct 2019 and Mar 2020) and staff weren’t concerned about solving the problem, but when it came down to property damage, they were more than happy to check cameras. We constantly had sewer flies come from the master bedroom shower drain and vents from the hallways on the first floor. Our main bathroom had a bathtub that didn’t drain properly because of plumbing issues. In the summer

This 5 star rating is for Kesha in the leasing office. I moved in July 9th. I’m a little late but I just wanted to take the time to say she is amazing. She does her job thoroughly!! I came to her and she heard me. She made sure that I was able to secure an apartment for me & my 1 year old son. I love my apartment she let me pick the one I wanted. If you decide to stop in because you need a new home. Go to her don’t even waste your time with anyone else in that office(no offense). I appreciate you taking the time to see & hear me! My girl needs a raise lol!!! Thanks again Kesha

My daughter and I stay here and have had a positive experience. She just moved out, but I chose to stay and transfer to a larger apartment. I’m happy with my view and the lighting. My neighbors are friendly and maintenance is usually on time with repairs. The leasing ladies have improved and are friendly. The management team is open and willing to speak anytime and I appreciate the personal approach.

I had came to the Columbus Park Apartment's Job Fair last month, and Leasing Consultant, Kesha McCalipp, was very professional and brought kindness and respect towards clients, upcoming employees, and staff; for exuberance fits her well.

I currently live here and I HATE IT!! No one ever picks up the office phone and when they do answer the phone their dismissive and rude like they could care less. I have been putting in work request for things to be fix like my AC and other things as well for 3+ months nothing has been fixed I’m very uncomfortable in this place. Waiting for my least term to end so I can move and never look back…

I am unable to respond to your previous reply with the same account. But in response to privately messaging you through the email you have provided, I have already tried that route. On June 9th, 2021 I sent a very detailed email discussing the issues that I have described in the review, along with the apartment number and current tenant name. I’ve also described how I chose to message you privately to avoid the public review but it has been going on 3 weeks with no response and just like I assumed, the damage control on a public review would reach your attention much quicker than a private email

If you are apartment searching, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! We’ve had issues with maintenance MULTIPLE times. They took over a month to fulfill requests and then when they finally came they said they were going to do some research on the problem and they NEVER came back.
When you go to the office to inquire about anything (since they never answer the phone), the employees are extremely rude and will give you the run-around.
The air conditioning in the unit is broken.
The dishwasher is broken.
There is always trash lining the halls.
The garages just burnt down.
