I lived in trinity towers for 4 yrs I have one of the best apartments my floor is quite anywhere you live your going to have your ups and downs especially now during these times as the pandemic hit us but what I can say is trinity towers have been doing there best at this time especially Yvette one of the leasing managers I have a good relationship with her and I will continue to do business with K&D

I met with Theodosha Durr. for a tour of a one bedroom apartment today. She was extremely friendly, helpful, informational, and responded to my inquiries about living here quickly. She provided her contact information should I have more questions and so I can submit my application. I hope I can move in as soon as possible since the apartment was beautiful, carpeted, and provided essential appliances for living.

I’ve lived here in Trinity Towers for 2 years and I’ve had an amazing experience the management is on point with my needs as a tenant the maintenance staff is 5 star they’ve went above and beyond for me I’ve never had any issues here since I’ve been here it’s one of the best the communication from management to tenant is great they have no problems dealing with any issues you may have just make and appoint to set down with them at anytime someone will handle your concerns and they are very informative about the lease agreements so just give them a try you want be disappointed I’m

My son lives here and I visit him often, He has a learning disability but he’s always treated with respect when he comes in the office for packages or to put in work orders Anytime he needs anything repaired in his home it’s taken care of and the Property manager follows up with a phone call to make sure it’s complete. I live in an apartment in Cleveland and that never happens .i see the workers outside picking up the grounds to keep the place nice .my son loves it here and that makes me happy!

I enjoy living here at Trinity Towers. I sent an email about a unit on a Friday and was given a tour on Saturday. The property manager was very professional and supportive. I came from an area in which gunshots are heard all the time; The "ghetto bird" flys around all the time and it was constant noise. I could not sleep my first 30 days here because....IT WAS TOO QUIET!!! That is a beautiful thing. I have been here a few months and it is still quiet. I have never seen a dirty hallway, or a dirty elevator. The laundry room is always clean and maintenance has responded quickly, the few times I have

I wish I could give more stars. I love living here. I've been here for about 2 years and honestly has been the best experience. All of the office staff are so friendly. Its always clean in the building and my neighbors are so friendly. I never have a problem getting my maintenance request taken care of and they always call after to make sure I've been satisfied. This place really cares. If you are looking for a place to call home this place is it.

I have been living in Trinity Towers since the beginning of 2020. My move-in experience went lovely due to Ms. Taylor, she had been an extreme help & ensured that everything went smoothly - even checked in with me after I settled in. My time spent since has been wonderful - the area is usually calm & quite. Any maintenance issues I have were fixed same day or next day. Ms. Yvette is extremely professional and supportive, and is always willing to extend a hand to help with the proper communication.
