Spoke with a store manager on the phone who convinced me to keep the tires that my truck was sold with. His honesty and transparent opinion was refreshing. I was ready to spend 800 dollars on a new set and he told me I was throwing my money away, which was greatly appreciated. Great first impression - I know I’ll be coming back.

If I could give this place -0 stars I would definitely do. After waiting 3 hours at this shop just for an oil change they literally put all the old people first because they are their family. Like no I came early for a reason I should be served this isn’t fair. And worst of all the new mechanic scratched my $1200 rims while parking like are u serious ?????! Unacceptable behavior.

Broadway Tire is the BEST! Billy, the Girls and the whole crew over there really take Great care of whatever I need done to my cars. My uncle told me yrs ago when I needed tires, "go see Billy @ Broadway Tire, he'll take care of you". Almost 20 yrs later they are still taking care of everything. Good, honest work performed by respectful staff.

I'm a first time customer at Tire Pros and I was thoroughly impressed by how nice they treat their customers and the quality and speed of their service. From the very nice woman who I spoke with on the phone who patiently walked me through the various tire options in plain English all the way to the owner, they treat you with respect. This is a family run business and they absolutely blow away what you get with the big chains. No up-selling, no hidden costs, just honest and fair treatment. They now have my business. And Billy, GO BRUINS!!
