I moved here to Oklahoma from Colorado.. my entire family is from Oklahoma and I've grown up coming here my whole life. It was time to make that leap and move here officially. After calling around to different complexes Alex the property manager really made me feel welcomed and was excited to have me. And now I'm here and she's been great! So happy I choose this small community and it's very quiet which I love the apartment is super nice and has wood floors and just feels very homey! The grounds are well kept its far from trashy and it is a really nice community!

Proximity to I40, downtown OKC and various shopping areas is a major attraction. Grounds are kept well. Building upkeep is good. Anything needed they will fix or update. Rent is reasonable for the area.

I just moved in a few days ago and I absolutely love it! Tara and the management team are so nice and helpful and are willing to do whatever it takes to make living in Woodrun Village a wonderful experience. The maintenance team is very nice and they respond within hours of putting in work orders! I am so happy I am living here! If I could give it more stars, I would!

Woodrun was an amazing place for me and my wife to live for the past two years. I moved out only two days ago. The location is very peaceful, I had no issues of even small noise in the two years I lived there. Its also quite near to a lot of grocery stores, OK outlet, and other market stores. Miss Tara is a very helpful and flexible manager, I had to renew my lease for two weeks at the last moment she was quite flexible with it (I could even renew my lease 1 week at a time for two weeks according to my needs). The maintenance requests are promptly taken care of, they even fixed our AC post midnight

Our experience has been very positive. Maintenance guys are great, lobby staff is always super helpful and the yard is always kept clean and mowed! The kitchen is a little small but that is as to be expected in an apartment! We are currently living in a 1 bedroom apartment and hope to move to a 2 bed once our lease is up. Very nice and quiet most of the time! We have no complaints!
