Do not recommend moving here at all. Rude management and half the time I call I don’t even get a answer, god forbid a call back! Save your money and don’t rent here!

I live here with my 2 kids and we love it. The management is responsive, the neighbors are nice, the apartment is clean and spacious, and it's a good price. Never had a problem here.

I'm just visitor and I don't like of lack of security around this apartment complex I have a friend she outside on the step on phone me hearing gun shots and in the area 3 people lost their lives with in 1 week , pretty much the whole complex is headed south 👎👀 not great place to live

I decided to rent at another complex due to the unit I needed not being available until a month later than my desired move in date. Therefore, although I did complete the application process I ended up finding a complex with a unit available on my desired move in date. However, I'll say this in regards to Lacey as a property manager opposed to giving a review in regards to living at the complex. She was professional in every aspect of the process. She had very prompt communication even while away from the office,she clarified the process in depth,and upon me viewing the property it was well maintained

No issues whatsoever in my 2021 experience at Hefner Hollow. Nice neighbors, numerous families, amazing staff and parking accessibility. Covid has changed/slowed a few processes, but the property communicates well, and you'll often see staff or security patrolling to make improvements.

The only downside is that the neighbors like to gather up at night and they are loud as all get-out. Sometimes they get into fights. Other than that I love living here they do watch after you whether you are part of the social group or not. Staff is cool never had any problems and have always responded quickly to maintenance issues. Decent place to live just signed my second lease.

I’ve contacted them several times about leasing & get no response whatsoever. I’ve used the “contact us” form on the website & I’ve called several times during business hours & had to leave messages because nobody answers. Still no response. To top it off, I got an email to do a survey on their communication! Well I haven’t gotten any communication so there’s that. Blessing in disguise maybe?

Roaches everywhere!! This place should be condemned. It gets better. They charge you for the bugs..I have had to wait hours multibal times for the crime scenes to clear before I can enter to park! Fireworks every night! Oh wait those are guns! The best thing is it’s easy to join a gang here. Did you know they let the homeless live in there vancant apartments!

I just moved in 6 months ago and like it so far. my apartment is nice even though the outside isn't the best and i like my neighbors. i heard it used to be bad but i guess it got better bc we're happy here. security officer helps and the mean old manager left my family and i are happy

Ever since they have changed managers the crime rate went way down. Maintenance is awesome and come the same day almost every time they are called. There's no roaches and the apartments are pretty spacious. I just want to say thank you for a great first expirence.
