My sisters apartment has been flooded for two months she has a daughter that has asthma they’ve been in and out the hospital it’s MOLD everywhere inside of her apartment she went and told them about it and they said that they were going to get her evicted for harassment because she’s been asking them to come and fix the problem. if I could give them zero stars I would I do not recommend!!!!!!! The lady in the office wouldn’t even give the corporate office number.. and she was screaming all in my sister face. They can’t even shower without the water dripping from the ceiling or leaking

Air condition has been blowing hot and cold air for several months. I was not provided with a window unit until a month after my air had already been out . Had to stay in hotel rooms due to the heat. Now my light bill is through the roof due to they're failure to handle the issue. I have young children and they still refused to call a company to come out and fix Air. Its just sad.

Locked office on rent pay days (1-5) despite note. Son lost two hours pay 8-10 waiting to pay rent, still not open. Manager 2020 said owner directed to leave 20 gal n/day flood thirteen full days. Incurred chiro bills from cleanup. 2019 mgr charged double the actual rent-- no refund still waiting; lowered to plus 160 2020, owed tenant again. Mgr 2019 said cannot evict McQueen &Thompson tenants above me for harass, theft of electricity, violence threats,n death threat memorial day weekend, methlabs cooking "because they're not leased" i.e. owners relatives. Employee reviews say office hires relatives

Its low income housing so just keep that in mind firstly bc Ive stayed at a couple others too and hands down this one is the best. I needed help a little bit ago with housing and I didn't have to pay for rent here just utilities... they did go thru a couple of property managers though. I didn't like the turnover but the last one seemed ok.. they actually have security which i appreciated a lot bc i have kids. i mean for what I paid (very little) it's a good place to live and provided for me what I needed at the time and Im grateful.

So I currently live here the pictures r of my son's room ... MEDICALLY DEPENDENT respiratory toddler y'all MOLD!!! My apartment FLOODS last few days on the DAILY i have lived here over a year now always asking for repairs to be fixed putting work order in after work order and somehow they keep coming up missing ? I've have talked to multiple people on how to get this fixed yet there salutation was to move us out of our HANDICAPPED unit into a non handicap unit I'm not sure why they assume that we don't need a handicap because last I checked my son is handicap people if I had the ability to move

They like to take their sweet time getting on there too fix anything in your apartment... They're also not up to code. Have lots of electrical issues. If they aren't fixed soon I'll call the fire marshal, and the code inspector. Maybe then they'll get s**** fixed they they say they're going to fix it.

I applied at the reserve a month ago. And was given instructions to write an appeal bc I am a felon. A MONTH AGO the apartments knew what my charge was. So instead of telling me a MONTH ago that it needs to be 7 years after the charge to be approved I was told to write an appeal and 3rd party letters. I'm living in my car. I have no home. No bed. No toilet... I was given hope. After I turned everything I was told to and still was denied. And the reasoning? It hasn't been 7 years. Well if u knew what my charge was how come I wasn't told this month ago. I wouldn't have never turned in anything or

I use to live at the reserved for about a year and a couple of months. Within that year there was 3 property managers. The first manager was horrible. The second was claimed to be stealing money from the office. The third one, seems to be getting the job done. They have security that patrols the apartments all night and day . It's low income housing. If you don't work , the rent is free you would just have to pay utilities and you would qualify for utility assistance through HUD. If you do work you will have to pay 30% of what you make for rent and your utilities. Also, you do not have to have

Would've not even gave them one star these apartments need a law suit. They offer full time security guard that's not for your safety. Is only there to make sure that residents don't catch on to how badly modeled they are in literally are contaminated with asbestos. I lived there from May 28 ,2018 tell August 18th 2018 they are most horrible management in always will be tell confined.
