Council Crossing offers one and two bedroom apartment homes with updated interiors finishes, open floor plans, walk-in closets and master suites. Residents enjoy laminate wood-style flooring, designated dining areas, full appliance package, faux granite-style counter tops, updated light fixtures and hardware and private balcony or patio space (per plan).

I have lived here for 4 years and have absolutely loved it. From the maintenance staff to the office staff everyone has been kind and very gracious. The grounds are very well maintained all year long. The apartment is what drew me here with the washer/dryer hookups, the spacious kitchen and the hardwood floors. I feel safe here and any maintenance request is done in a timely manner. The rent is reasonable.

This place could definitely be a 3.5-4 star review, but due to the manager & my neighbors that won’t be happening. My apartment itself is in a good location, clean & maintenance is really good about completing work orders (though sometimes they have to come back more than once for the exact same thing).
The manager attitude is horrible all around. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been negative.. she’s always in a rush to get you out the office or off the phone and quickly points you to her assistant manager Cherie (which she is MUCH more pleasant to deal with)

Great staff!! Great attitudes!! Very reliable!! And put forth great efforts to make every person regardless of race, religion, or of any background feel like part of the CC community!! Highly recommend from my opinion!! Never had any issue or questions that was neglected nor ignored. Resolved with the best solution for both parties... Dianne and Sharee are awesome as well as the other new staff. Maintenance are always on point. And most of all I feel safe with my kids here. Keep up the good work! And thanks for allowing me th be apart of CC community.

Money hungry, roach filled apartments, poor maintenance, poor management. I moved in weeks after signing the lease because it was dirty and roach filled. Days before my move out date they give me a bill for not paying the rent? Lady in the office told me to write a 30 day notice letter AND I DID THAT DAY. Yet I still have to pay the fee for it? Do not recommend.
