Was looking forward to having my hair cut and get a light brown balayage after 2 years of not going to a salon bc of Covid. Scheduled an appt with Michelle (Decatur) at 10:30am Sat. Got to the salon at 10:15am. 11:00am roles by, there are two women chatting at the front desk, no one bothers to say peep. 11:15 roles bc, now 45 min late. She is excellent when it comes to making sure your hair color + style is complimentary to your face shape and skin tone. She is beyond professional, kind, and you can guarantee a job well done every single time. As a dirty-blonde/brunette she has transformed my hair into Auburn + Rose Gold (pictured). I always leave the salon obsessed with my new look. Will continue to go to Vivid for all my styling needs!

Rachael is a maestro with curls. I have had inumerable terrible haircuts as my hair is very curly, fine, and abundant. She took her time, checked with me as we went to see how I felt about it and was also a great conversationalist.

Vivid has been my salon for several years, and I have absolutely LOVED Amanda Hill. She is a talented artist whom I have come to love--not only as a great stylist, but as a lovely person who listens to my hair ideas and always gives me honest feedback. She has never tried to talk me into additional services or products just to make a sale, or do something that my hair wouldn't naturally take to, which I so appreciate. I needed a quick bang trim before a trip out of town and when I called Vivid, the receptionist was super friendly and was able to fit me in a short time frame. Thank you!
From when I walked in, they make sure you are sanitized and temperature checked before you get to sign in. Once you have signed up and affirm that you have not been exposed to covid19, they then give you an apron to wear and then show you to your chair.
My hairstylist was Megan and she was efficient and nice. My bang trim only took about 7 minutes or less and only cost me 8$. Not bad. I'll definitely go back to get my

At the age of 37, I finally decided to pamper myself for the first time by getting my hair cut and eyebrows waxed at an actual salon. Brittany was simply amazing and got very excited when I mentioned needing to go blonde for a convention next year, providing the pandemic allows such things.
The job she did on my eyebrows still looks amazing, even more than a month later. As god as my witness, I shall never pluck again!
My haircut turned out even better than I expected, and since my hair grows fast, I'll be needing to book another appointment soon.

I decided to come here on a whim a few days before graduation. I had no idea what I wanted, I just wanted change! So I came in to Vivid with Megan and we talked about my options and eventually settled on one. I had never had my hair professionally colored so I let her do her thing. She colored and cut my hair and it came out amazing! I have never loved my hair as much as I do now. Thank you Megan and Vivid :)

Worst hair decision I ever made coming here. I'm so regretful and sick about what they did to my hair. The people were nice but they ruined my hair beyond repair. I'm horrified...They did refund me, but it doesn't matter. I would pay anything to have my old hair back. I saw lots of people in the salon leaving with nice looking hair. I don't understand how a simple balayage on healthy brunette, professional colored hair could go so wrong...

She's fabulous and always does a fantastic job with my hair. She listens to me and makes great suggestions that work well for my face shape and thick, curly hair.

I went to Vivid today for a hair rescue. A hair 911 if you will. My tired dry locks that had once been shiny and wavy had become dull, brittle, and frizzy since my move from the West Coast to Georgia six months ago. One might liken my appearance to an Alpaca. Rachel is AMAZING!!! I live in Savannah and after having FIVE different places in Savannah severely ruin my hair I now drive 8hr round trip to get my hair done by Rachel. Rachel performed a miracle on my hair and I'm very grateful. I thought there was no turning around the damage another stylist had did to my hair but somehow Rachel did it. She LISTENS and gets your hair exactly how you want it. You will enjoy your encounter at Vivid from beginning to end bc everyone that works there is so nice.

So my first time coming here was on a Sunday. I had never met my stylist before, nor did I know anyone that went here. I simply went off of Yelp Reviews only. My appointment was super easy to make.
