In 1996, Japanese company MILBON developed LISCIO solution designed to straighten kinky or frizzy hair. Unlike traditional relaxers containing harsh chemicals, Liscio solution is gentler to the hair. I have been getting my hair Japanese hair straightened for about 10 years give or take. This process is a blessing. My curly hair becomes beautifully straightened. Alan Chan is a genius. I can see why people drive from west Virginia and as far north as Wisconsin to see him. The lady in the chair next to me also getting th3 procedure was from West Virginia and she rents a hotel every year in Columbus just to get her hair Japanese hair straightened by Mr. Chan. This process is a godsend for people with hair like mine. I don't know where I'd be if it weren't for Alan Chan. He has transformed my life

Well it was my biggest mistake to come to this Salon.IAllan the Chinese owner of the salon has poor skills, he cut my hair with his own style it wasn’t what I expected, and it looked like the most ugly style I have ever had in my life, too short, and I couldn’t even recognize myself as a man or woman’s hair style, no one can fix this mess, and I had to pay $35 dollars for it. After leaving the salon I had to go to the store to buy a hat to cover it up . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TRY NOT TO COME TO THE CITY CUT HAIR SALON So you don’t waste your time and money for what you pay for

Super straightforward calling and getting an appointment, know asian hair really well! Talked me out of bleaching it (which would be $$$) and did a much more reasonable color and lower price. I really appreciate that and am super satisfied with the cut and color I left with. With the extremely dark and thick hair I have I would trust them to do a great job with it again.
