I had an air conditioning issue this evening I called The emergency line and Mr. Ruben came over was very professional polite and nice he did what he had to do when he left I really appreciate this very efficient very quick thank you very much I appreciate you Mr. Ruben keep up the good work

I’ve been living at Cholla Ranch apartments going on 5 years. Crystal in the office just helped me with renewing my lease and she’s absolutely amazing. I brought some concerns to her attention and she has already made things happen to get repairs and replacements done. I’m rarely home due to work so I appreciate her scheduling maintenance orders while I’m at work.

I have lived at cholla ranch apartments for over 2 years and overall my experience has been great. Management staff are amazing very helpful, friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to help with anything you need. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly.

Most of the time its a great place to live. However if you need something worked on it could take a while to get it fixed. My hot water hasnt kept hot water and we put in a work order and someone come in and he worked on it said it was fix and left but it didnt fix it and we put in another work order and the person was due over that day but never showed.

I lived here for almost 2 years. When they first showed me the place, the carpet smelled like cat urine and was broken in multiple places (nothing major though) plus the place was really dirty. I was in a rush so I moved anyway with the promised that they will clean up my carpet what they never did. They even promised me to change it completely when I renewed my contract. When I finally moved out they did not give me my deposit back cause they said they think I had a cat for the smell on the carpet. The did not walk through the apartment with me with the pandemic as a excused and then lie about

Just completed my 1st lease couldn't be more excited to resign for another year here on this property. The front office has been so welcoming and helpful, as far as changing my air filter every month on time and overall being helpful if I have questions. The neighbors are so friendly and always very attentive. Thank You Cholla Ranch Apartments!!!
