Very sad you spend three years in a place where you have tried to be a good tenant and do the right thing always. Unfortunately there is a certain element of this management staff that is not of mutual respect kindness to human connection or understanding of what it takes to continue to maintain a community and have synergy. Not interested in taking care of issues within the units other than just general maintenance. No upgrades give them all this money and then they upgrade after you leave how ridiculous. Street noise. These apartments are so loud. They have no control over the tenants. The tenants are very loud all hours of the day. On top of that, Luke produces a large amount of the noise. Don't get me wrong. Im actually station out of Luke and love the sounds of the F35s. But every single jet that takes off, that sound echos throughout the entire complex. Again, every single one starting early mornings and into the evenings.
Upon move out, be prepared to pay rent for the actual day of your move out (between $40-$60).

I could not have asked for a great place to live. The front office staff of Tanya and Kimberly did, and continue to do, an outstanding job in making me feel welcome. I managed to secure a garage from them when there was not a garage included in my application to the particular floor plan I am in now. In doing so, they help me secure a place for my house hold goods when all of those items would have filled up my apartment. It is that kind of effort that I truly appreciate in an apartment management staff. They are very professional and very, very helpful. I could not have asked for a better place

I've lived a LOT of places since moving to AZ...a LOT! This place, is second to none and it isn't even close. Tanya and Kym in the office are absolutely amazing! Two of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever dealt with. The maintenance team is awesome, the place is beautiful and very quiet for an apartment community. I would HIGHLY recommend Paseo to anyone looking for some where to live right now...I don't think I'll ever leave! đź’Ż to the team and staff that make this place so awesome to live at!!!

When I originally moved in, my family loved this place. The floor plans are spacious and inviting and beautiful. However they recently got new management and had I known I would have never renewed. Tanya is now holding SOME apartments accountable for patio violations and not others.
I placed a bamboo shade on my balcony because I have a two month old and it gets rather hot in the room. The shade worked perfect and the residency could still see on my patio. However I got a notification saying I needed to remove my shade while others are still violating the balcony "rules". A higher up

Moved into Paseo in early October based on a friend’s referral who lives here also.
The office staff is amazing, always accessible and available and extremely friendly. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and amazing as well. The entire staff treats this property as it is their own and it shows! The grounds are extremely well kept and the pride the collective staff takes in it is on display everywhere you turn. Will definitely be telling anyone looking for their next home to stop their search here!

I don't even live there but if you want beauty, options, security and attention to detail...stop looking and go here. the place is beyond well maintained and secluded but not at the same time.
The management and office team is and should be the industry standard. Jamie, the property manager is amazing and will go the extra mile for you and then some. Her team is amazing. You'll thank me later for checking them out. Highly Recommend!!

I moved in here last year and really love the location. The staff is very nice and helpful. On the negative side there are tons of Scorpions! We are just into spring and we have already seen six in our apartment. Something needs to be done about this. Also there are no rules for the pool and people are screaming all hours of the night. I do have to say though the grounds are kept impeccable!
UPDATE: This place has new management and it has gone downhill considerably. Our neighbors all around us are dirty and leave trash out next to their door. The pool has no curfew or rules and there are parties

SO OVER THIS PLACE!! TONS OF SCORPIONS! The exterminator will tell you they have 40+ scorpions a night but yet the front office and corporate will tell you that you're the only ONE with the issue! It's crap! You talk to neighbors and people all over the complex who all have the same issue as we do with the scorpions!!! The front office people have no idea how to run this complex and I have to constantly call cooperate directly to get ANYTHING taken care of. Been living in this apartments for a year and a half now, and I've been very pleased with the kind of service the staff has been providing. Awesome people from management to maintenance. They kinda give you that extended family feel. Very warm and accommodating. The place is very nice and well kept and has very good amenities that are ideal for contemporary living. This place stands out among the other places we've looked at and I'm happy to be a resident here.

The place is nice to look at but there is more to meet the eye!! Management is a mess.. Uncaring and you never know what you get from day to day. I was a past tenet and was evicted due to the fact that I was late on my rent due to my high insurance deductible. I had to have a life or death procedure. I explained this to Veronica the manager that walks all night on patrol!! I produced the funds the day the constable arrived and was told to get out now!!! I was blamed for dog mess... It was never my dog,,, Many cats and building 3000. I will say beware not of just this property but all management

My husband and I lived here for just over a year. We started in a one bedroom apartment. Of course when we toured the models, they were impeccable; perfectly painted and taken care of. We were taken back to the office and shown a layout of the entire complex with the open units indicated. We chose the layout we liked and picked between the different location options. We weren't given the option to actually tour the unit we would actually move in to. When we did move a few weeks later, we were quite disappointed.
