BEWARE OF SCORPIONS! Photos included.
The complex is INFESTED and has been for years! We would have to check our unit with a black light nightly and found many, many scorpions. Even saw one fall out of the ceiling vent. When I confronted the management about it they said "that just comes with the territory of living in Arizona". I've lived all over the Phoenix area and have only seen 1 scorpion until moving to Lunaire.
They are crawling all over the side walk and build nests in the ground electric boxes. They hangout on the walls outside and in the tree planters. If you have kids or pets GO SOMEWHERE

I personally don't live here, but my friends do. They have a first floor 3-bedroom. It's a great layout and the rooms are big. The complex is also very quiet. If I was going to move back to Goodyear, this would be the place. A little pricey though. I've never heard my friends complain about the management or the apartment.

I have called Lunaire my home for some time now, I absolutely love this place. Everyone here is super helpful and great to work with. Over the time I have been here I couldn’t ask for two better people in office both Tony and Heather are great to work with and are both very helpful. The complex is ALWAYS clean and the maintenance staff is always great to work with as well. Lunaire is the best apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of calling home! Oh and the price for what you get is also GREAT!
