Jeff went above and beyond for our first house purchase. Our 1st purchase was an overall nightmare in almost every way...except for the effort that Jeff put in. When our mortgage broker dropped the ball multiple times, Jeff stepped up and directly contacted the lender to keep the process moving. He also went over and above in dealing with an incredibly difficult seller (and he still is even after we closed last month). A great realtor and even better person. We are convinced Jeff Dillingham has to be the best realtor out there! His upbeat personality and caring nature was refreshing and comforting as we navigated trying to find our home. We were new to San Antonio and unsure of which part to live in.
