For Bridal Services, I could not recommend them highly enough. Lyn, who helped coordinate my booking, was a fantastic communicator and very quick. Charles (hair) and Stephanie (makeup) were the epitome of professional, and brought so much fun to my big day. To be brief: I felt so beautiful on my big day and confident, and that was a truly priceless feeling.

Wow where to even begin! I've been wanting to lighten my hair but was nervous to do so because I hadn't found someone in SF...YET, but happy to say I finally found my go to person, Danielle!! Tinee Mahoney has been coloring and highlighting my hair for about a year now and I really love the results. I feel like she understands the color I'm looking for as a late 40s client and does these face framing highlights that look natural and take years off, everyone is always complimenting me on the color when it's styled. It also doesn't feel overly damaged as my original color before going grey was brown. She's an artist at heart, very personable, and a great listener as I explain what I'm looking for when I see her. I have been going to Cinta salon for a year now and my struggle was my red hair and dryness!
Malia was my superwoman there- she took my concerns by the horn and made sure that all
I feel is happy and beautiful!
My journey was immaculate and now I have beautiful ashy bronde hair color and I feel no one could have done it better than Malia!

I absolutely loved Cinta Salon! I got a partial balayage from Amelia who was an absolute gem. She is a great conversationalist, and an even better stylist. She framed my face well and made sure everything was in order. Aspen was a great stylist as well, giving me the perfect waves. I can't stop smiling after this appointment - thank you Amelia and Aspen!

I got a purple balayage for the first time late last year and Tinee did an amazing job! I only had to show her one reference photo and she immediately understood what I wanted. She took her time and paid attention to all the little details which I appreciated. I also like how everyone was isolated making me feel safer to get my hair done during COVID. I definitely love Tinee's work! Even after a few weeks my hair still looks great.

The five stars is for Bhavna Patel. It saddened me when I received a text yesterday that my appointment with her next month was canceled and that she would no longer be with the salon after yesterday, November 14, 2020. I've been coming to the salon for a little over 15 years now for her services and I don't know if I can continue coming here without her. Hopefully, you can replace her, but she is irreplaceable. I wish Bhavna good health and many blessings!

This salon does not adhere to a Zero Tolerance policy. After being confronted by an employee affected by the lack of policy-- they did not respond for an unprofessional amount of time. Now, under apparently new management, they have reached out with a flimsy policy with no backbone and a bunch of corporate speak. I will be spreading the word about this in SF and SJ until there is a clear written policy to keep employees safe and treated well.

Samantha is truly an artist. I have long dark virgin hair, and really wanted the balayage but was nervous. I wanted natural but noticeable, blondish but not brassy, and well blended. Sam took the time to talk to me, look over all of my inspiration pictures, and talked to me honestly about all possible scenarios since hair color is never a guarantee. She explained the color process that no one else ever has to me! How all dark hair goes through the brassy tones, and needs to go lighter and then get toned back up to get the ashy brown colors. I trusted her and I have never been so happy with a hair

This review is for Charles who is seriously A FREAKING ANGEL!! He absolutely killed my cut with very little direction (I basically said keep it long add layers do what you need) and I LOVE IT. I am growing out a side under cut too so my hair is by no means easy. AND I'm picky. He's definitely gained a client for life (if possible)! He was so much fun to hang out with - I left feeling like I made a new friend haha which is how it should be!!

This was the first time ever getting my hair dyed. This is How my hair turned out getting a "bayCost over $300 for this. Going to cost another $300 to correct. I haven't stopped crying.
**Update** the manager messaged me and offered to get this corrected. Since I didn't want to over process my hair, she gave me a refund and a treatment. I respect that they made this right.

If you like to take a day off work for a hair appointment only to be told that your hair stylist double booked herself and can't fit you in, this is the place for you!!!
Malia had messaged me to see if I was interested in being a model for a Tuesday color class.
When I arrived I was made to wait 10 minutes only to be told that the stylist had double booked herself. I would have understood if the stylist would have communicated this with me. Her only response was to say sorry. When I addressed my frustrations with the salon receptionist and showed her proof that Malia had confirmed her appointment

Amelia is the best! After a year of searching for a stylist, I was finally recommended Cinta, where I’ve stayed for the past year. Amelia always works with me to get exactly what I want, and she has a great eye in making suggestions. Not only does she do a fantastic job, I always have a great time chatting with her throughout my appointment.
The salon itself is beautiful and the whole staff is friendly and accommodating. I always feel like a million bucks whenever I leave!
