The best landlords I've had since living in Columbus for nearly 10 years. Brittany was always quick with correspondence whenever I had a question or concerns, and the turn around rate for maintenance issues was always fast. Managers made sure the public areas of the property were aesthetically pleasing and neat, and they were on top of fixing/updating features of the building. Rent was very reasonable considering the area that I lived in (Grandview Heights).

STUDENTS READ THIS: If you rent from CRS near campus, they'll want you to renew your lease by November, or they will rent your place out to someone else. Yes, this means if you move in in August, they'll want you to sign a lease for next August after only having lived there for 4 months of a 12 month lease. If you don't re-sign by December, they'll start showing your apartment, and it may get rented out, forcing you to move. If you do re-sign and for some reason need to back out of a lease renewal that you signed 8 months in advance, you'll be subject to a lot of fees and will need to find a new

Columbus Realty Source is a great company. This is my first time renting, and the process was smooth and not confusing at all. The people are prompt, attentive, and respectful and friendly. Communication is great., including with maintenance requests. I also like that tenants have an online portal to pay rent, and you can set up auto-pay so you don't have to do any work! :) I rate CRS a 5/5. Thank you for helping me find my first home!

While not perfect, this has been one of the best rental companies I have used, especially when compared with other Columbus rental companies. Clean, recently renovated property. Maintenance always comes out within 48 hours, sooner if it's more urgent. The staff has all been friendly. I've been renting from them for almost a year and a half, no big complaints.

I lived in my place for over a year and a half, i enjoyed my time, the neighbors were not bad, maintenance always came out within 24 hours. if there were issues i was able to get in touch with my landlords and they handled it. if i had a complaint which was rare they too care of it. i enjoyed my experience and would use them again.

This has been the worst and most horrible experience that I had with renting. The maintenance person was supposed to come out and never did show up. The neighbor was noisy and disruptive, and I called numerous times and they never came out to see what the problem was - only text or emailed. This is the problem with no property supervisor on site, people get away with so much. Water backed up in the basement.
