Alot of confusion to start with and it is our fault because the service was advised he was release to our home and he wasnt, When we finally got everything straightened out including the approval from a doctor we have had one nurse come out one time name Kinsey. He went back to the agency and told them that my husband and I should take care off my husbands wound when we are not nurses. We want a nurse to come out and do their job, My husband is in alot of pain and no one can be bothered to come out and do what they are suppose to do. We did finally get physical therapy to go come out but she does

I don’t know where to start. This agency has the worst customer service, and aides. We’ve gone through 3 unprofessional aides that left my dad unattended and alone. Then, when we finally got one that truly loved her job, they didn’t pay her for working so she quit. They often rearrange aides without telling the clients and you’re left in limbo with no help. The only one’s we’ve had great experiences with has been the nurse and the occupational therapist. Otherwise, if you’re seeking someone to care for your loved ones, please go elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a home health care run as fast as you can from this agency. Steve Hardy, Cecelia Hardy run this agency with lies, and make the elderly suffer they say they provide services when they come to help that’s not what they’re giving. The rude nurse Kenzie Joseph goes to help my mom dresses her she supposed to take her in wheelchair and left her alone in the house and since she can’t assist and taking her down a wheelchair ramp. The second day in a row my mother has missed dialysis and now will end up in the hospital I am calling to report them all over to the healthcare

Since 1 is the lowest star rating you can give, that’s what I’ll give. My first experience was a non working fax number. Second experience was delays in care and a staff that either lies to cover up their incompetence or is just plain incompetent. Telling me that no orders for care existed when I was on a 3 way call when orders were received. It’s been over a week and they still cannot provide the care for my mom she needs.

If you need an agency you can depend on, don't use this agency!! This agency is very irresponsible!! Aides don't show up to care for your loved one. When you call the agency to inform them, they don't have any answers and say they will call back, but they don't. If you call back they make excuses and say someone called your loved one, but that is not a true statement either. Cecelia Harty, the owner, does not know what is going on in her own business, which is one of many. That may be why she doesn't have time to know what is going on in this one. My advice, find another agency who will call you

Great Nursing Agency i found for my mother, they are very polite and helping me care for my mother in our house. They have a very professional staff that is efficient in what they do, and they do have Skilled Nurses, Therapists, and Aides that come to my mom and care for her everyday, I would suggest this agency to anyone that needs professional skilled nurses, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and caregivers.
