Colin James Reap, 22, Green Ridge Section of Scranton, died Saturday at home from a congenital heart defect. Born in Scranton, he was the son of Kathleen Reap and the late Kevin Reap. Colin was a graduate of Scranton Preparatory School and was a student at Lackawanna College. He aspired to become a lawyer for the sole.

The staff at Vanston & James Funeral Home are beyond words the most caring, loving, and generous of people. They truly go out of their way to provide comfort in the most troubling of times. From Chris to the entire staff, they made some of the toughest moments of losing a loved one easier. In the industry there’s a big difference between being good and being great and from what they do and how they go out of their way to make our dear loved ones and their services perfect, Vanston & James Funeral Home and the entire staff are GREAT! Vanston and James Funeral Home is by far one of the best in the area. As a priest, I deal with many in the industry, and can say without a doubt they are the most compassionate, caring, and accomodating funeral directors I have encountered. I can't say enough about the James Family and their staff!!
They have sponsored our league since it's inception!!
They make sure that no child goes without being able to play because they can't afford the registration fee, and they have supported our league and it's families tremendously!!
They are wonderful people!!
My family personally has used them to bury generations of my family, anybody who does not consider these people some of the most compassionate and wonderful people on the planet have some personal issues. I can't even put into words how good these people are.

I couldn’t thank you everyone enough from the arrangements to driving 45 minutes out of the way to help our family with our lose. Without vanston and James funeral home, we would be lost.
