Our hair stylists are highly trained and be able to provide superior services with modern techniques. We only use high quality, safe and reliable Japanese hair care products which are personaly selected by the cheif stylist. We'd very much appreciate gratuities but we are not accepting any from customers under 20 years old to help them out.

I got a haircut from the cute woman with the long & brown wavy hair! The atmosphere of the salon was lovely, and everything, from the gentle hair washing, scalp massage, and attention to detail was top of the line. I showed a picture of these eyebrow-skimming, thin bangs and she cut it to suit my face perfectly. When a stylist cut bangs so well it's worth coming back again & again.

My friends recommended me to give them a try. They said they are good.
I guess I'll never know because since 2019, every time I wanted a hair cut I give them a few calls and they NEVER picked up nor EVER called me back.
I've never ever actually got to even speak with anyone from this business lol.
Can someone tell me what the heck is going on? I have very high standards for Japanese hair salons service and this is just disappointing

Trying to schedule an appointment but was told the next opening would be 4 months later, which was fine but they refuse schedule my appointment unless I know what color I would like to do for 4 MONTHS later? Who decides what hair color they want to dye 4 months before their appointment? I guess they have enough business for at least 4 months so I would take my money somewhere else.

I have been coming to Salon Chandelier since 2016 and Shin has been my hair stylist since then. Before Shin, my hair was dull, fine, thin, and takes forever to grow long. But since Shin, my hair is always shiny, healthy, more fuller, and grows faster even as my next appointment with him which is after 3-4 months. During my appointment, I get the full focus from asking for what style I want for my hair, honest opinion from him, great head massages, and full on attention. I am truly grateful to Shin and I would always be one of his faithful clients. Thank you Shin!

-Make an appointment EARLY! They're usually booked 2 months ahead. They also send text message reminders.
-Charlie styles my hair in such a way that it looks amazing 4-5 months down the line, every step of the way.

I found this place based on yelp searches and I had to wait for like a month or so to get an appointment in with Charlie, he was amazing and asked me what I wanted and took his time to analyzed if the cut I wanted will suit me, he then suggested to take it easy with the cut and did what he thinks is nice and I'm glad I listened because he was right.

Met Charlie the great hair dresser! He did my balayage, trusted him to do it right and not only he did it right, he did it without harming my hair and scalp. After my balayage, I expected my hair to be dry and brittle due to the stripping process of bleach but for some reason, Charlie's process didn't do that to my hair. I enjoyed my soft, not brittle and not dry hair with a beautiful balayage. Oh the best part, my hair stays shiny! Until today. Thank you Charlie for your great work.

I've been neglecting my hair and had not cut it for 12+ months. So knowing that I was going to be in LV, I turned to Yelp and managed to snag an appointment at Salon Chandelier. I found out later that they are normally booked two months in advance, I was super lucky.
The salon is small, bright, and cheery. It's is located in a little shopping center, so parking is not a problem.
My stylist, Charlie, was extremely friendly and listened to what I wanted. During the wash process, he massaged my scalp and after blot drying it, gave me a short neck and shoulder massage. I kinda fell asleep

If this is your first time, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Shin. The lady stylist literally made me cry. My hair that I spent $200 on colors and highlights 3 weeks ago got chopped in half.
I even told her I didn't want it too short. Every day I look in the mirror I get upset. It's not too much the length but the fact that I JUST spent $$$ getting my hair colored and highlighted.

Well i had a wonderful hair cut my first and last time here.My hair dresser was Shin and if you ever get a chance let him make you day he is great.Why my first and last time is ...I start calling on june 1 to make appointment and girl sad nothing till june the 20.I sad ok et it be but if anybody cancel feel free to call me I live close to salon.I did call several times to check but nothing.Ok glad they have customers.i called today to check my status aand gess what I am not on the list and noting free for next 2 weeks.So time to look for another hair salon thank to the girl on the phone.Sorry Shin
