Natalia is so sweet, extremely knowledgeable on all things blonde hair and really easy to chat with! I'm new to town and went in to get a balayage. Natalia does the best blonde in Denver. She has taken my hair from damaged, dead end, dull, overgrown roots to a beautiful healthy bright blonde. I can't rate their service because they didn't have any appointments. When I called they asked me to send them photos of my hair and explain what I wanted done. Then they called and texted to say they didn't have any openings soon but we're trying to squeeze me in when a cancellation came about. Asian women, don't even attempt to go to Natalia. I know a lot of hairdressers are afraid to touch Asian black hair because of how dark and how brassy our hair can get. But it was really upsetting. Natalia didn't take a min on the phone to discuss what i wanted or my hair type. She literally just scheduled me an appt and left it at that. When I showed up at her salon, which I drove 45 mins to, I sat in her chair for not even five mins because she then told me that she did not want to touch my black virgin hair because it was too dark. I JUST had my first appointment with Natalia, and was not disappointed! She did exactly what I was hoping for, reverse balayage. My hair was in need of some TLC after being highlighted so often. And instead of using bleach to match what I had in the past, she used a type of dye to lighten it but it was unable to achieve the level of blonde I wanted to achieve. I came in to Natalia specifically for balayage. I loved her photos on the gram, and wanted someone who knew exactly how to do balayage as I had been through some dud appointments in the past. I came in with longish naturally brown hair and some left over blonde on the ends of my hair but it hadn't been processed in a while so it was shall we say born again virgin.

Recently I went to a salon and spent over 400 dollars on what was supposed to be a balayage from a "balayage expert". My hair was ruined. The girl killed my hair from over processing. My hair was orange dead and brassy. I was devastated.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Natalia. She was really nice when I called to book the appointment and for the first 20 minutes I was in the salon.
