Four65 Woodfire Bistro Bar

Came here for the first time to order a couple drinks with a friend of mine as we were just adventuring around the area. This place is absolutely immaculate, and the drinks were extremely pleasant to the palate. Everything tasted fresh and delightful, and our bartender was a sweetheart with a lot of talent! 10/10: would definitely return!

My husband and ordered the caesar salad and greek salad and both were excellent!! Lettuce was not wilted or old. Definitely added their own firewood flavor which made it unique. I ordered their fire we grilled cheese on sourdough and was pleasantly surprised! My husband ordered the Mountain Fungi and the Margarita pizza (it’s a lot, but it’s vacation!) I was not impressed with the Margarita, however if you like mushrooms you will love the Mountain Fungi. Per my husband it was the most flavorful mushroom pizza he had ever had.

Really nice vibe and delicious food. The prosciutto pizza was so good and the honey was a great touch. We also had the grilled cheese and root vegetable soup, which was some of the best soup I’ve ever had.

Spent over $45 on a rather small pizza and Greek salad. The crust was soggy and the toppings slid completely off when you pick up a slice. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because delivery was fast and the salad was good.
Would recommend trying a different pizza place in Highlands.
I've had many different neapolitan pizzas before and this one definitely ranks at the bottom. The center of the pizza should not be wet and soggy and the ingredients should not slide off.

Nicole and Bailey. They are amazing. Four65 is amazing.
To start we had to wait for a table, Nicole got us drinks to wait, we head to the table and Bailey is there to show us the menu and give recommendations. The food was out of control, it was amazing. The Caesar salad was dressed so well, please get it. Next we had our pizza with ranch, again out of control. Lastly the panna cotta was everything that it should be and like the rest of the evening it was perfect.
Throughout the evening Nicole and Bailey were All Stars, they made sure we had drinks flowing and we were happy with the food.

Service was a negative on an otherwise Great experience. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. (I get it, labor shortage etc. it’s just that our waitress felt inattentive. 🤷🏼‍♂️)The food was absolutely fantastic! We ordered a large salad and a pizza and we split it between my wife and 7 y/o. Portions were perfect for us to all be satisfied.

I recommend Joel,the best bartender snd server ever. He is a gem. If you are lucky enough to sit at the bar and connect with Joel, you are lucky enough!

It was absolutely amazing. From the breadsticks to the peach bellines and pizza. Will recommend the Napolitano pizza & Margarita👍👍⛰

Had a wonderful “girls lunch” (salads and Cast Iron Grilled Cheese—salads were some of the best we have eaten-seasoned and care was taken when creating such a good tasting salad! (We had both Caesar and the… Greek salads -1/2 portion) and we split the Grilled Cheese -quality bread wonderful cheeses, get the Aioli sauce —worth every penny! Had wonderful wine and speciality drinks. We ate on the patio on a beautiful day. Service was impeccable-our waitress was Paige and she made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful lunch. Ended up grabbing food from here twice over the course of two days.
The first visit was a Brussels & bacon pizza, salad, and an old-fashioned (don't judge) to go. The second visit was vegetable soup and a cast-iron hot Italian. Each meal was delicious, including the old-fashioned (don't judge). When in the area do yourself a favor and stop in.

Great pizza and best in the area for a Napolean style pie. Good service, nice atmosphere, decent COVID precautions. House made dipping sauces for pizza and a plus / surprise those were available.
