Coaches allowed for bullying on the Starlites team and Owner, Sherry, seems more interested in collecting tuition and fees over actually running a quality program for the children. I have several friends that go to other cheer gyms and their experiences are so different with teams having team building events outside of practice so that the children can actually bond and learn to work together as a unit , none of which USA offers. My daughter was heartbroken by her experience at this center and Sherry claimed mother's had complained about her behavior but I had also complained and somehow only

Lady up front was very rude to me when I tried to enroll my daughter in gym camp. She talked to me like I was a 2 year old after ignoring me standing at the counter for a few minutes before acknowledge me. In the past the ladies up front have enrolled my daughter very easily and she flat out refused to and told me to go online and do it. Very rude.

Don't get me wrong this place is great for kids, my daughter love it. The problem that I have is for $96 a month we expect this place to be open for a month. I registered my daughter about 2 months ago for Saturdays classes. This was annopportunity for my daughter to stay busy during the summer. Guess what the gym has been closed for the week end 3 times already. So basically I'm paying $96 for 2 and the half classes a month
Little bit disapointing.

Love, love, love! Why? For the most part the patience this staff have with the toddlers in one class is unbelievable. My little one is currently in the Parent and Tot class and the first few times for half the time he did is own thing, no literally my time was spent running after him and saying "no". I was told it was completely normal, insert crazy emoji face here. After the first few times, he has warmed up to the coaches. All of the staff are knowledgable and do a great job at including everyone at whatever the they are teaching, including the children way across the gym doing their

My oldest (now 13 yrs old - level 9) has been attending USA since he was 20 months old. After 12 years of great coaches and recreational and competitive gymnastics, I can say that this is the best boys gymnastics program in Arizona. My younger kids also attend recreational classes, and those are made to be fun and teach basic skills till they are ready to compete. Overall, the boys coaches are fantastic, and couldn't ask for a better boys program.

My child attended USA for a little over 2.5 years for gymnastics and then tumbling. For the time and money spent, it was not worth it. First, I never had any problems with the staff, scheduling, or accounting, so that was a plus. Staff was friendly enough, helpful, and knowledgeable most of the time. Also, the gyms are clean and well-equipped. The gymnastics, cheer, and TNT programs are pretty decent. The tumbling program not so much. I had a problem with how much I was spending every month versus how much my child was actually learning. Progress was slow. Upon observation of her class, I

Don't choose this place if you are not dedicated to gymnastics. They will still charge you and require a 30-day notice to withdraw your child from any classes regardless if they go or not. Funny how you can quit a job with 2 weeks notice, but a place like this needs 30 days. My son's TNT instructor initially was fantastic. But not less than 1 month in, they decided to bring in a new coach that wasn't near the caliber of the previous. I supposed I should have put in my own clause that said if you change my kid's instructor that I have the right to drop without 30 day notice.....anyway, I spent money

My kids have been taking gymnastics at USA Youth Fitness for a few years now, and they have consistently progressed. There are plenty of class time options for every skill level, girls or boys, and they also do dance and martial arts. They also do parents-night-out and kids-day/night-out events so moms and dads can get a date night in each month.

We put our daughter in gymnastics here in the parent tot class and we love it. The teacher is always paying attention to the kids and helping them learn the activities they do. They staff at the front desk is very nice and the pricing is very affordable. If you are looking for a great gym to put your kid in I highly recommend this one.

My youngest loves this place! She take a trampoline/tumbling class, it's called T&T. She had worked her way up to level 3 and now goes 2 hours a week. If you miss a class they allow a make up on Fridays with free time around the gym. Be careful if you want to cancel you HAVE to do it in writing at least 30 days in advance.

I am still cheering with the Champions (the special needs cheer team), and we had our first competition on December 4th!!!
We won, and we got a huge trophy!
Thanks to this place, I have became one of the best cheerleaders on the team, and they are teaching me fancy jumps (like spinning in the air, doing the splits in the air, and a Herkey jump), and a double somersault.
Our uniforms are AMAZING, and I have made many friends on this team!
The people at this gym are very nice, and my coaches get my hospital jokes.

My daughter has been here since March and she still can't even do a cartwheel. I'm not sure what the issue is. Is she not being challenged enough? Is she not understanding instruction? I don't know. This place is way too busy for my liking too. You better get there 30 minutes early if you want to sit down or else you'll be standing the whole hour. And don't be surprised if you sweat your butt off there. Never feels like the air is on. Probably because everyone is packed in like sardines. Also, don't bother with the Wi-Fi, never works. Needless to say, we put in our

My daughter was enrolled in dance and gymnastics for over a year . Her dance teacher was great but I was not impressed with her gymnastics class at all . I'm sure at higher levels you get better quality classes but at novice you can tell the coaches don't really care. My biggest issue is they don't offer any makeup classes you just get a pass for open gym . During holidays or camps they are closed for a week . Some how this is suppose to equal out as far as payment goes not really sure how that works but arguing does little good . And if you pay by credit card an $8 transaction will
