Cardiovascular Fitness/Training - This is the primary component and the foundation of fitness: the ability to efficiently supply the muscles with oxygen rich blood. Improving your cardiovascular fitness requires a combination of aerobic and anaerobic types of exercise, along with adequate rest, hydration, smart food choices and healthy living.
What can I expect at my first visit to The Fitness Studio? You can expect to have a thorough consultation with your trainer, including review of your health and fitness history, past and present injuries, discussion of your objectives for personalized training, and an opportunity to address any concerns or questions you may have.
Brian Knudsen is the owner and sole proprietor of The Fitness Studio. A San Diego native, Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences from San Diego State University and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from San Diego Mesa College. Brian has 13+ years of experience as a personal trainer and is.

I am absolutely dedicated to the studio there is no one there who is not willing to help advise you.
I have worked for over 10 years with Brian Knudsen and I credit him for keeping me strong enough to overcome and recover from a knee replacement and shoulder replacement.
